Beautiful hotel, bathroom new and modern, room rather simple. Ours didn't have a balcony, and due to the design (extremely low windowsill), we couldn't reach the window or the curtains. There were long hairs from previous guests on the decorative pillows.
The staff in the restaurant and at the bar were very friendly and attentive. The gentleman at the reception was a bit grumpy.
The pool area was very modern and beautifully designed. However, loungers were always reserved by other guests early in the morning, so it was almost impossible to get one unless you reserved one yourself early. The staff didn't clear the towels.
The guests were mostly young English people who use the hotel as a party hotel and spend the whole day lounging by the pool.
The food selection was good, the buffet was kept very clean, and the staff were quick to clear and clean the tables.
Overall, we liked it; the value for money was okay. However, if you prefer a quieter and more relaxed environment, you'd be better off elsewhere.

Dimitris at reception was very accommodating and helpful. Our stay was extremely enjoyable and very professional. Maria at the bar was also fantastic. The assistant manager (Elena?) was also great and helpful during our entire stay. Would highly recommend and come back

We were very satisfied with the hotel overall. The staff was particularly friendly and helpful specially Dimitrios very efficient. Friendliness, helpfulness, and good service are highly recommended. The food was delicious and varied. The location was good, centrally located, and bars and restaurants were within walking distance. Unfortunately, the internet didn't work very well in the rooms. In general Heronissos is recommended.

Not a great start room was really bad booked with love holidays ,had to complain after being shown about 6 rooms settled for a fairly ok room not a great start to my first time abroad .food wasn't great dining room staff not very friendly and too quick to move plates when still eating .cleaning staff are more friendly and do fab job ..But did have a fab time there in the end entertainment was good ,drinks not so good.Manager who passed through hotel was a very handsome man made stay more enjoyable.

We went to this beautiful hotel just a minute away from the promenade where all the bars and clubs are based, we had so much fun, we lived the greek summer dream but most of all we enjoyed the food. The food was amazing! From the traditional greek cuisine to asian cuisine all so flavourful. I would definitely revisit.

I stayed at heronissos hotel in august 2024 and it was an incredible experience from start to finish ! The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the kichen and dining services. The food nothing short of spectacular -every meal was fresh, flavorful and beautiful presented. The chef clearly takes a great pride in their craft, using high-quality ingredients to create dishes that are both delicious and satisfying. Beyond the food, the hotel itself was spotless with comfortable rooms and excellent service. Whether you're foodie or just looking for a great place to stay , i highly recommend heronissos hotel. I'll definitely be returning!!

Me stay in Heronissos hotel and me and my family hade the bed time. Rooms was very comfortable and clean. And what we loved it was a food from buffet we love Greek food. And also we had good time at the bar no the pool. Everyone it was very friendly. We recommend to vist this hotel.
