We booked standard balcony . Views are amazing no matter where you are at Lake garda. The boats across the lake are on time but slow. Not many taxis around but one you figure out the buses you can get around the entire lake

We had a great holiday we had a decent room with two balconies I think it is usually a family room, the air conditioning was poor, the whole place was very clean, the staff polite and helpful, WiFi was good, and although the breakfast was quite good no complaints, but the evening meals were really poor, the deserts were really good but the starter and main course were really poor, it was all Italian (obviously we were in Italy) but there was no other choices, you got what they offered or nothing, which spoilt the stay which is a shame as altogether the hotel was good and we had a lovely holiday.

Ideal location and great breakfast to get you up and started for the day. Friendly staff and relaxed feeling to the hotel. Dated but all the services you need while touring north Lake Garda

We really liked staying at the hotel. Location is great, just near the beach and not far from center. There are shops, restaurants near the hotel. Room was clean, breakfast was good

The hotel is a hidden gem within walking distance from lakefront restaurants and the ferry station. Upon checking in, the staff informed me that the website where I booked my stay had inadvertently scheduled my stay after the date of my arrival. The front desk staff was able to accommodate my family, so our 7-hour drive from Stuttgart, Germany, was not lost, and we found suitable accommodation for my family of three and our two dogs. Great value with outstanding customer service that treated us with kindness throughout our stay. Five stars!!!

Before I went to this hotel after reading the bad reviews I was extremely worried as it sounded horrendous. But that wasn’t our experience at all . The location of the hotel is excellent and as well as that we found the management and staff to be extremely helpful .The hotel is very clean and our room was very nice . We would definitely return again .

The rooms were basic but functional though more wall plugs would have been appreciated. The bathroom was clean and everything worked. Reception staff were pleasant and helpful as were the bar staff. There was a garage across the road and overnight parking was €7. AC OK but wifi in reception only which was a pain. Breakfast was a shambles with reconstituted scrambled eggs, a toaster that didn’t work, fruit that was too unripe to eat, juice that was made from watered down concentrate and disgusting coffee - the croissants were good though! We refused to risk dinner there which appeared to be the domain of bus parties and groups. There was an expensive supermarket just 30m down the hill (owned by the hotel?) which was conveniently close. At €150 per night in September, you pay well for what you get!

Family trip in the Garda area. Nice hotel not big rooms but provide 2 people and very clean. Air conditioning works well. The internet in the first days was horrible but after a few days it improved a lot and there were almost no disconnections. Breakfast is relatively good compared to other hotels at the same level. There are 2 pools. One internal and one external are not bad at all. There is a possibility to park in an underground car park at a cost of 7 euros per day. Great location 5 minutes walk to the lake shore and 15 minutes walk from the promenade and the city with the bustling promenade in shops and restaurants. Highly recommend this hotel.
