設施：酒店設施齊全並配備有較寬大堂入口及停車場，入住期間完全不用擔心停車問題。
衞生：酒店新裝開業，衞生層面必然是做得無可挑剔，房間的衞生死角看來客房人員也會仔細打掃，公共區域整潔明亮，地板都可以反光！唯一的問題是1308套房的淋浴間衞生間馬桶上被套了一個半套沒套的一次性馬桶圈墊，馬桶上還另外放了一個，不知道是上一位客人退房時客房沒注意扔掉還是什麼問題！
服務：酒店前台到各個部門的工作人員服務態度非常熱情，所有人都會微笑迎接客人，很感謝第一晚入住時幫忙延遲退房的幾位小姐姐，還有肖女士，才讓我欣然再決定了第二晚的入住，酒店生意也是非常興隆，但是還是協調出來了房間，很滿意幾位的工作效率！
總體來説酒店是新開業的，高樓層城景湖景到夜晚非常美麗，入住期間體驗拉滿，日後還會選擇多多入住！
