On 5Sep (midnight)- The hotel manager at reception desk is bullying me with worst attitude and behaviour and force me to downgrade my Suite room into a standard room because hotel overbook.
Poor service and bad attitudes!!!! I need a fair reply by the hotel to follow up - please don't criticise people with
