小朋友很喜歡這裏 餐廳環境好 飯菜味道也不錯，小朋友每頓吃的很嗨皮 衞生特別好 服務也好 每天送的果盤也很新鮮 早上要麼自助早餐，要麼送餐 山景房 不出來 心情也能得到放鬆 還會兒再來

早餐差到除了速8無人能比的地步，因為速8沒早餐，這粥和水有區別嗎？晉城特色的方便麪真覺得全國各地人都愛吃嗎？早先山西窮大家吃這個，現在全國都脱貧了還給吃這個，有營養嗎？丸子純麪做的，要多難吃有多難吃，早餐外包的嗎？七塊錢一個人都不會這麼差，服務質量能提高點嗎？我又不欠貴店錢，為啥都一副臭臉擺着，態度最差的照片我都附上了，謝謝，希望不算侵犯肖像權。停車場大爺和前台禮賓先生態度不錯。總結：這個酒店絕對要避雷，周邊民宿看着都不錯，我們第三天去住的民宿，晚餐味道好還平價，老闆一家人態度都挺好，不想這個卧龍山莊，晚餐幾個菜做的死難吃還800多，一看就是國企酒店，經理心思全放在升值和巴結領導了，心思一點沒放在酒店服務質量提升上。

整體還是不錯的，美中不足就是五一假期服務有點跟不上，第二天兩個屋子衹給了一份水果，換的洗漱用品也沒跟上，健身房9：51關燈的時候沒有進來核實是否有人，當時還在器械上，幸虧速度調的比較慢。早餐種類有些單一，望改進。再説好的地方，那就是環境很好，空氣很好，設施很新。

酒店就在王莽嶺風景區內，非常方便。酒店整潔舒適，服務人員真的非常用心，因為酒店很大，依山而建，所以服務人員會幫助引領去房間，引領去電梯，餐廳。酒店晚餐也很有特色，味道不錯。早晨坐在灑滿陽光的餐廳用早餐，望着王莽嶺，心曠神怡。唯一一點遺憾是所住房間的窗景被房檐擋住了部分山景，當時有點累，就沒去前台申請調換。

酒店就在景區裏面，去纜車點非常近。
酒店服務也非常好，可以看得出管理水平很高。餐廳很大，就餐很舒服。早餐品種略微少一點，但是整體住的很滿意

酒店就在山上，風景非常好，離索道很近。有迎賓水果，早餐是送房間的，因大風降温，給房間添加了被子，前台還特別囑咐風大要注意安全。王莽嶺還是值得玩的，就是掛壁公路不讓自駕了。

酒店依山而建，從酒店大堂到住宿的房間需要換三部電梯。據酒店工作人員言，這是他們酒店的一個特色，但略感不便。設施豪華，功能完善，床品舒適，環境安靜。服務熱心細緻。因為是淡季，入住客人較少，服務人員送餐到房間。唯一感到不足的是酒店距離遊客中心停車場較遠，從山上遊覽下來後，步行回酒店上坡路比較吃力，體力不好的對耐力是個挑戰。
