The room wasn‘t fully cleaned (remaining trash on the table). The phone to call front desk did not work.
The staff is arrogant. I wanted to ask if they are lockers in the city centers, and instead to tell me that they don‘t know, they were angry that I even ask this question.
Also, despite the name, the hotel is quite far from the airport (25 eur taxi ride) I arrived at the airport at 1 am and there were no taxis or Ubers available. As some taxi came, they refused to bring us to the hotel because they wanted a further destination. I had to argue with one taxi after 1 hour waiting time that they would give me a ride.

They can’t speak English, and I booked 3month ago with payment
When I got the hotel they couldn’t find my booking info, They weren't that friendly and eventually Trip.com service took care of it. After that, they didn't even apologize for the situation

Really good welcome, the room was clean, we can only regret not having a socket on each side of the bedside tables, which is a bit of a shame.
Weird flushing system, we didn't understand.
Insulation level not at the top, door slamming, bed moving, and toilet flushing will be the noises you will hear from your room...
Otherwise we slept well, a special mention to the young night porter who checked us out, very charming and smiling, a real plus.
To eat we recommend that you cross the road to get to the friendly staff coach....
For the taxi, do not take via the hotel when we arrive we are told 40€ if we want a taxi, for us it was 28€60! Head to the airport.

Very nice establishment. We stay there during our visits to Strasbourg and also during seminars. The staff are always very attentive and the leisure area is a great idea to keep the youngest and even the parents occupied. Nice and peaceful.

Stayed a few weeks ago on business, spent two nights, room not modern but quite clean and comfortable. Very good breakfast. Quite adequate for a short stay. The location is quiet and safe. 30-40 minutes to get to the city center, no transfers
