原來武利人和大酒店大前台是這麼**的，我進房間看到床罩很臟，她也來看了，然後她説阿姨沒上班，我拿給你自己換，我不會換，哇😧不懂尊重客人，這樣的話説的出口，後來她説等阿姨上班在換吧，在過一分鐘，她又説我們床單都是這樣的，沒🉐換，長見識了，人和大酒店是店大欺客嗎？你們入住要慎重，前台很**。一句話沒得話#衞生差#服務這樣的服務態度，前台讓顧客自己換床單，也衹有人和大酒店了吧
