I never imagined that this famous hotel would be so bad, dirty, and there were no disposable slippers. We asked for toiletries from the store. There was no kettle, the quilt was extremely damp, and the bed was hard. It didn’t have all the conditions that a famous hotel has. I wonder how the business license was obtained?
