做為一家連鎖酒店店，首先對客户服務要誠心誠意，客户遺忘了東西首先應該第一時間聯繫客户，我們自己主動聯繫並且確認了是留在酒店了，但過了一段時間去取了卻説找不到了，還相互推諉，沒有一點要承擔責任的意思！這讓人感覺很差勁👎🏻差勁👎🏻
