Family-friendly Hotels in Lingshui

Very nice hotel , helpful staffs , lovely breakfast with Europe and Chinese cuisine from 07:00 AM till 10:30 AM . Beach in 1 min walk and many different pools for different ages. Best for family stay , everything was clean and nice . Recommend you guys !!!

I was very impressed by this hotel, the rooms are spacious and clean, the service attitude is also very good, is an ideal place to stay for business trips and tourism. I really like the quiet, elegant hotel, so that people can relax. The attentive service of the staff was impressive. I am very satisfied with the service and environment of this hotel. The room is clean, warm and comfortable. Justin CAI, the receptionist, was enthusiastic and offered to help. Greet each other to make guests feel energetic. We would also like to thank Justin Tsai, the receptionist, for helping us upgrade our room. The high level of comfort and service made it totally worth the money. We would choose this hotel again in the future and would highly recommend it to our friends.

This island is always worth the trip and the cost. Amazing location and the natural beauty of island life is something everyone should experience. The staff is very helpful and there is a man that speak English that helps you sign up for different activities. The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast. The watered down juices and lemonade were terrible and there isn’t a wide selection. Overall I will be visiting again.

We stayed there second time and it’s a wonderful peaceful place, not crowded, the perfect place to calm down from the busy Shanghai. We stayed in a Pool Villa what is really wonderful. All the staff is so nice and helpful, we needed the Covid Test at day 3 in Hainan and the hotel driver brought us to the local hospital to do it, very convenient, total time 20 minutes. The only weak point is the restaurant, very slow service, one hour to get drinks, maybe a communication problem. And restaurant is very loud. The other days we chose the bar for dinner, quiet, outside seating and drinks and food much quicker. When we need a quiet place we will always come back!

The good: The manager, Stanley, was very professional and ready to help when we needed it. The sea view is the best I've had in Hainan. I came to this hotel again mainly for the view. You can even hear the waves from the room and see the stars at night. Many people complain about the breakfast in the comment section, but it's not bad at all. There's different kinds of fruit, bread, coffee, eggs and write a few other dishes. It's definitely not five star, but my girlfriend and I (she's Chinese and I'm Canadian) enjoyed a long breakfast every morning. There's barely ever anybody on the beach and it's okay to go for dip in the sea, but you're technically not supposed to swim in it. There's a an area about 700 meters from the hotel where you can find different restaurants. The pool is very nice but isn't heated. You can easily get around just walking, renting the electric bikes and calling a taxi to get to some hiking spots. We didn't find it necessary to rent a car despite being remote. The bad: You are technically not supposed to swim in the sea. The pool is too cold to comfortably swim in when the weather is not hot. The cleaning service does just an okay job on cleaning the room. There's no really good restaurants around that we could find. Although I find this to be a problem in most areas of Hainan. There is no real variation of food. There's no breathing in the rooms. Bring snacks because it's hard to find food in the afternoon unless you order from the town, but then you have to wait for it to arrive and the options are limited. There is a gym but with limited equipment.

As soon as I arrived at Lingshui Raffles Hotel, I was completely overwhelmed. The large-scale corridors, lobby, and tropical plant gardens together constitute an elegant, environmentally friendly and transparent public space, which is full of luxury! From the lobby to the room, through the winding paths of the garden, I have washed away the dust of the journey; the moment I opened the door, it seemed as if the drama reached its climax immediately: facing the sea, spring flowers blooming. The large room, large balcony, and large bathroom are twice the size of ordinary five-star rooms. Two 1.5-meter large beds can easily accommodate a family. The well-designed and complete facilities can meet various needs. Lingshui Raffles Hotel is worthy of being one of the best hotels in China. Special thanks to the beautiful manager Chloris Yao Xiaolin, who made this trip to Lingshui particularly perfect with her gentle, warm and thoughtful service.

The hotel lobby looks very grand and magnificent just as it is seen on the Internet. The hotel has its own coastline, and the sand is very fine and comfortable to step on. If there are no mosquitoes to disturb me, I feel that I can stay here until midnight. Sitting on the beach and drinking at night is also a kind of enjoyment. It's a pity that I don't have a drinking companion, which is a bit regrettable. The room is cleaned very cleanly, and the bathtub is very comfortable to take a bath and relieve stress, relieving fatigue from running on the road. There are many kinds of delicious breakfast, which makes me, a person with difficulty in making choices, a little confused. The hotel staff are very enthusiastic and greet them when they see them. Unfortunately, I didn't bring a swimsuit. I went to the door to take a look. There were too many people and I couldn't take pictures of the big swimming pool. Overall, it is worth recommending
