Hainan Sangem Moon Hotel 

This time, Hainan's parent-child self-driving tour came to Lingshui and chose to stay at the Sanzhengyue Hotel. The hotel IP is the heart rabbit and the moon, and it is also co-branded with the BDUCK little yellow duck. For me, a die-hard BDUCK fan, it is so happy. I took photos and checked in at the little yellow ducks in various places. We stayed in a room on the 16th floor, which is a 180-degree sea view room. Thanks to the housekeeper Miss Lexie for helping us upgrade the room. The hotel has several swimming pools, including a high-altitude glass swimming pool on the 21st floor, an infinity pool, and an indoor swimming pool. The massage chairs in the swimming pool are very comfortable, and there is no need to do a spa. The seafood barbecue buffet dinner is also very good. Small hot pot (seafood and fat beef), garlic oysters, garlic crayfish, rum ice cream, and Qingbuliang are all my favorites. The water park is the favorite of children, and they have a lot of fun. There is also a bubble battle in the afternoon. Children and adults play around in the bubble pile and happily forget the troubles. The hotel also arranges many recreational projects for children for everyone to choose from.

Check-in experience at Hainan Zhengsanyue Hotel on May 19 On May 19, we checked into Zhengsanyue Hotel in Tufuwan, Lingshui, Hainan. This is a parent-child hotel designed for children's vacation, which perfectly meets all the needs of parents taking their children out for a trip. As soon as we arrived at the hotel, the waiter came forward enthusiastically to help open the door, take the luggage, and asked about the booked room type (the parent-child room is in the annex building). The whole process was orderly, the service was professional and thoughtful, and it was very considerate. After entering the lobby, the staff guided us to check in, and the biggest surprise of this stay was the meticulous service of the housekeeper Vicky. Vicky not only handled the check-in procedures efficiently, but also introduced the hotel's various activities and our rights in detail, with a professional and patient attitude. Afterwards, she accompanied us all the way to the room, introduced the members of the "Bi Xin Rabbit" family to the children, and encouraged the children to open the door with their room cards. The children were so excited that they couldn't wait to rush into the room. Vicky stood at the door and smiled and asked if we needed to introduce the room facilities. Seeing that the children were already immersed in joy, we declined her kindness, but we were still very grateful for her thoughtful consideration. When we checked in, Vicky also helped us make an appointment for the "Goodnight with the Heart Rabbit" activity. The children were looking forward to it all night, and we were also looking forward to it. During our stay, Vicky took care of us like a family, reminding us of the weather conditions and recommending attractions every day, and also sent us "Heart Rabbit" ice cream and coconut to relieve the heat. When we checked out, she not only helped us apply for a late check-out, but also called us after learning that we had checked out, saying that she would prepare a small gift for the children as a souvenir. We were deeply moved by this thought. In addition, the hotel's recreation center arranged a variety of activities for children, and special thanks to "Strawberry" sister for organizing the "making snow skin moon cakes" little chef experience. The staff were very patient, especially the interactive games at night. Even if they were wearing heavy character costumes, they were still full of energy to run and play with the children, which was admirable. The hotel's facilities were also surprising. Whether it was the super-long foam party, the rooftop pool with an unbeatable sea view, or every enthusiastic staff member, we felt the dedication and progress of the Zhengsanyue Hotel in parent-child services. Environment: This is the wisest choice I have made. The guest room is not only large, but also has complete facilities. The toiletries are replaced every day. Facing the sea, spring is warm and flowers are blooming. Sanya is the best experience among so many travel cities. Facilities: The hotel has delicious buffet breakfast and dinner, various projects for children to play, and a large water entertainment venue. In addition, the infinity pool that can take pictures beyond the film allows us parents to easily bring our children and let go without supervision. The beach is about 50-100 meters away from the hotel, and this distance can basically be ignored. There are staff on the beach, who are very responsible. Although it was newly opened in 2025, it doesn't have much decoration. The location is great. It takes only 20 minutes to drive from Lingshui Station. The beach is a 5-minute walk from the door. The hotel has a large water park/naughty castle/swimming pool. There is also a heated infinity pool on the top floor (I don't know how to swim so I didn't go). The room is spacious and comfortable, and the service is very thoughtful. A one-to-one butler will contact you 2 days before check-in to take care of everything. Ask if there are any special precautions and whether a child fence needs to be installed. Because it is the off-season now, we were upgraded to a free room type! The hotel breakfast is also very good, with many choices. It is highly recommended for people who bring their children to Lingshui. It is very suitable for parents and children!
