房間和圖片一樣，非常漂亮乾淨，小朋友非常喜歡陽台的大水池，整天泡裏面都不想出來也不去海邊挖沙了😁工作人員也很熱情，需要什麼都及時的滿足，還送了水果和小飲料！非常開心的一次入住
唯一提個小建議，空調真要調一下，怎麼弄風都對着床上吹，很擔心孩子吹病了，所以晚上大人都沒怎麼睡，一直在調空調，哎！除了這個其餘都很贊

這個房型三面超大窗户，直麪觀海，唯獨就是二樓樓層不如三樓視野好，前面的椰樹有點遮擋。房間很乾凈明亮，酒店周圍都是居民樓環境比較一般，但是出門就是海邊，海邊景色很好，酒店給提供挖沙工具，抄網之類的。

房間設計的很好！！很有格調，空間也很大，視角很好離海很近。民宿工作人員態度特別好，服務也非常貼心。離新村夜市很近，步行幾百米就到。猴島也是步行可達，非常推薦！衞浴水量很大，是智能馬桶，體驗感很好，還有很大的投影儀。旁邊就有個小停車場，自駕過來很方便

非常滿意，前台小姐姐特別好，耐心的回答每一個問題，也幫忙解決任何問題.房間乾淨衞生。我在這邊住了三天，中途換了一次海景房。親眼看着小姐姐整整打掃了一個小時。後門出去就就是沙灘，椰林，海邊。這是海景房的照片）

酒店雖然衹有5個房間，但是五臟俱全啊！公區很漂亮！帶電梯，還有趕海工具可以借用！前台姐姐服務好好👍因為我們是連住2天，搞衞生的阿姨還問我們需不需要換床品，感覺這就是五星級的服務！另外，想給老闆提個小建議，就是洗衣機的地方可以用點磨砂的板材弄個小晾衣區，又或者在房間陽台弄2個小螺絲鈎，小小的應該不會影響整體美觀的，我們帶娃的家庭都會常備一條晾衣繩的，因為太需要晾衣服了。我們入住的第一天，還看到有的家庭把衣服晾在躺椅上了

應該是新村最時尚的民宿，裝修設計都比較新，陽台有個泡池可以泡泡小朋友，大人可能不是很好泡哈，因為兩邊都有其他房子，不過可以穿泳衣泡哈#服務前台很友善，關於新村的事都可以諮詢，都會給好的實際的建議#位置交通在新村鎮上，一面直接靠海，後門出去就是海灘和海，可以挖沙子和踏浪，就是新村的海邊都有曬小魚乾和養雞鴨，比較原生態，習慣了就好哈~喜歡安靜的海可以去猴島呆呆島，碼頭很近，新村夜市也很近，吃飯都很方便#房間設施比較新，而且其實有兩個床，一個面朝大海，床頭背面還有榻榻米，睡人或者放東西都很方便~房間還有小冰箱，衞生間也很大#房間景觀三面落地窗，雖然有一面外面在施工建新的大樓，像我圖片那樣拉開窗簾躺床上看海景也是很舒服的~

新開的民宿，風格温馨文藝，最滿意的就是定的雙床房房間很大，各種智能設備，電動窗簾智能馬桶。老闆服務也特別好熱情貼心，主動詢問需求。民宿後門出去就是海邊小孩出去玩沙踩浪花很方便，前門出去晚上去夜市也很近。樓頂有觀景台望向海邊風景絕美。美中不足就是旁邊在拆遷裝修環境有點亂但不影響房間內住的舒適，以後有機會還來住這家，一定要住最上面的海景房

超級喜歡他家的民宿，一家三口住的很舒服，距離新村夜市步行300米，距離猴島售票處400米，都非常近，步行即可到達，主幹道兩邊有免費的劃線停車位，總之吃喝玩樂一應俱全！他家最大的特色就是小院出門就到沙灘，晚上退潮後還能趕海，老闆抓了五六斤螃蟹🦀記得找老闆要趕海工具哦～4樓的露台太美啦！超級愛～寶藏民宿，下次還要住！

個人覺得是新村碼頭最舒適的客房，新開業沒啥客流量，爽快的老闆升級海景房，270度看海景，陽台有浴缸，下樓就是沙灘。這裏的漁民會晾曬魚乾，剛去覺得有點臭，適應半天就習慣了，也算是一種當地漁民風情吧😂適合帶小孩居住，下樓就能挖沙，向右走300米可清水灣沙灘撿貝殼，向左走500米南灣猴島碼頭坐公交船上島趕海，距離500米新村夜市各種小吃，距離一公里農貿市場加工海鮮。住個兩三天也不會無聊
