The corner of the room was dirty and had not been cleaned. Of course, this is the service at this price.

看評分不高還有點擔心呢，結果意外的好，海景，還帶個海景大陽台，陽台正對着清水灣海灘。海景絕美。房間住的很舒服。房間裏的設施都很全很適合帶小朋友一起來。清水灣淺水區適合小朋友。

我第二次來了，上次還是兩三年前，還是非常喜歡，雖然房間不比星級酒店，但勝在性價比超級高，房間能看到海景和網紅燈塔，上次這還不是網紅景點呢，最完美就是小區內就是清水灣沙灘，太美了。

從新村過來，公交車站對面就是小區正門口。
小區後門就是沙灘，直線距離不到50米。
樓層視野很不錯，不出門感受海，很適合懶人，中午太陽大，晚上家裡蹲。

優點:離海邊很近，鬧中取靜。泳池泡缸很舒服，適合孩子和情侶。
不足:衹有客廳一個電視，卧室有電視但是打不開，用不了。園景房晚上蚊子很多，需要注意。住了三宿是沒有打掃的（衹是一般的民宿，看重價格就別要求太高了）。
總體來説，價格親民，性價比高。
