This hotel is peacefully located inside a residential area as an independent building, so it is far enough from the traffic and noise of the main road. The area has many amenities such as swimming pool, basketball courts, and it is a short walk to Perfume Bay. The bed is comfortable. The balcony is large and the upper floor rooms have a nice sea view up to Wanning coast and Fenjiezhou, it is beautiful at night. There is free buffet for breakfast, any many restaurants and shops in the road outside. Staff is helpful, and they let me charge my bike for free.

經濟實惠的好住處！雖然價格低，但房間一點不含糊，床品乾淨，熱水充足，住得安心又划算！百元價位能有這體驗太棒了！房間簡約實用，公共區域整潔。麥老闆實在，推薦的周邊美食都超棒！

帶長者和娃出門，總體覺得還行吧。走一條小土路到海邊。周圍環境很一般，出了小區幾乎什麼都沒有。自駕的話交通不受限制，不然很不方便。烏漆麻黑的，優點就是離分界洲島近。酒店內部和工作人員服務態度都還行。圖片是小區的。

1.關於海景：180℃海景房，確實能遠遠看到海和分界洲島。不要相信攜程上酒店的照片，效果遠遠沒那麼好，因為你根本想不到海景照片與酒店中間還有一大片待施工的荒地。
2.關於衞生：開車到的時候，就看到從酒店門外到門廳，到處都是垃圾，好像酒店工作人員很少很少，沒人管理；房間的基本衞生一般，比如小桌子上還會有灰印，衞生間的鏡子上還有假睫毛，不知道是哪天的客人留下的
3.關於服務：到達酒店，前台沒人，留了電話讓自己打電話聯繫辦理入住；前台態度還可以，不過這麼大的酒店，前台沒人真奇怪；我訂的含早餐，早餐自助餐比較簡單，能夠滿足基本需求，不過補充餐食和餐具不及時，勺子和被子沒了，問餐廳的大爺大媽，就一句話，沒了就是沒有了。收餐具的大爺很有意思，旁邊桌有一位客人剩了一些沒吃完，大爺罵罵咧咧的過來問我誰吃不了打這麼多，唉
4.總結：雖然酒店位置像小區裏，比較偏，但是這個價格，也不能要求再多了，畢竟跟同價位普通民宿比，差距還是很大的。

1️⃣酒店免費升級了景觀房2️⃣新裝修環境設施非常好床品乾淨 還有冰箱3️⃣工作人員把我們送到了高鐵站4️⃣食物不錯還送了水果5️⃣下來走不到十分鐘就是無人海灘 ～相信以後設施完善會越來越好 期待下次再入住（很適合老年人居住 基礎設施特別好特別好 廁所扶手洗澡板凳配置都有 工作人員超有耐心超級熱心！！

這個房間真的超出預期了，性價比特別高，酒店位於小區最裡麪，房間寬敞整潔無異味，晚上睡覺特別安靜，還有免費的自助洗衣房，吹風機配的是戴森，給娃洗衣服洗澡都很方便，出了小區周邊吃飯也很方便，酒店還在建設中，所以周邊景色看着觀感可能有點不好，相信建成以後肯定超級棒，以後還會再來。
