When I first checked it, I wasn't really amazed by this hotel, but when we were welcomed by Carlos I just felt that warm welcome that I was looking for. Carlos made sure that we were okay all the time. The hotel has a great location, right next to the hotel, 1 minute walk from our hotel room. The hotel room is big and spacious, it has a little kitchen and even a washing machine they also provide Laundry detergent everyday. The breakfast is mostly Chinese, western breakfast is non existent at this hotel and that's one thing I feel they should improve on, but Carlos and his team really made us forget about the little troubles we experienced. If you can't speak Chinese, I'd suggest finding Carlos on your check in. Thank you for an unforgettable stay, we will definitely come again.

I was very impressed by this hotel, the rooms are spacious and clean, the service attitude is also very good, is an ideal place to stay for business trips and tourism. I really like the quiet, elegant hotel, so that people can relax. The attentive service of the staff was impressive. I am very satisfied with the service and environment of this hotel. The room is clean, warm and comfortable. Justin CAI, the receptionist, was enthusiastic and offered to help. Greet each other to make guests feel energetic. We would also like to thank Justin Tsai, the receptionist, for helping us upgrade our room. The high level of comfort and service made it totally worth the money. We would choose this hotel again in the future and would highly recommend it to our friends.

This island is always worth the trip and the cost. Amazing location and the natural beauty of island life is something everyone should experience. The staff is very helpful and there is a man that speak English that helps you sign up for different activities. The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast. The watered down juices and lemonade were terrible and there isn’t a wide selection. Overall I will be visiting again.

We stayed there second time and it’s a wonderful peaceful place, not crowded, the perfect place to calm down from the busy Shanghai. We stayed in a Pool Villa what is really wonderful. All the staff is so nice and helpful, we needed the Covid Test at day 3 in Hainan and the hotel driver brought us to the local hospital to do it, very convenient, total time 20 minutes. The only weak point is the restaurant, very slow service, one hour to get drinks, maybe a communication problem. And restaurant is very loud. The other days we chose the bar for dinner, quiet, outside seating and drinks and food much quicker. When we need a quiet place we will always come back!

The good: The manager, Stanley, was very professional and ready to help when we needed it. The sea view is the best I've had in Hainan. I came to this hotel again mainly for the view. You can even hear the waves from the room and see the stars at night. Many people complain about the breakfast in the comment section, but it's not bad at all. There's different kinds of fruit, bread, coffee, eggs and write a few other dishes. It's definitely not five star, but my girlfriend and I (she's Chinese and I'm Canadian) enjoyed a long breakfast every morning. There's barely ever anybody on the beach and it's okay to go for dip in the sea, but you're technically not supposed to swim in it. There's a an area about 700 meters from the hotel where you can find different restaurants. The pool is very nice but isn't heated. You can easily get around just walking, renting the electric bikes and calling a taxi to get to some hiking spots. We didn't find it necessary to rent a car despite being remote. The bad: You are technically not supposed to swim in the sea. The pool is too cold to comfortably swim in when the weather is not hot. The cleaning service does just an okay job on cleaning the room. There's no really good restaurants around that we could find. Although I find this to be a problem in most areas of Hainan. There is no real variation of food. There's no breathing in the rooms. Bring snacks because it's hard to find food in the afternoon unless you order from the town, but then you have to wait for it to arrive and the options are limited. There is a gym but with limited equipment.

This is my first time to go to Sanya Lingshui for a vacation. I have long wanted to come to Raffles Hotel. This time, I finally got my wish. When checking in, the hotel provided a free upgrade to the sea view room, so that I can see the beautiful sunrise over the sea every day✌️. The housekeeper Diana also provided thoughtful service, helping to introduce the hotel facilities, catering, etc., and helping to coordinate various needs! Facilities: The hotel is large and the rooms are also large. Although it has been open for ten years, the facilities in the rooms are well maintained and of good quality. Hygiene: The bedding is very clean, and the room and hotel are very clean Environment: The hotel has a lot of green plants🌳, living in a big oxygen bar every day makes people happy, and the hotel's decorative pieces are also very delicate, so you can take a lot of beautiful photos Service: The hotel provides free upgrades, night bed clothes, free fruit upon check-in, and free drinks and water every day. The room was clean, good view. Unfortunately, the beach has signs of no swimming allowed...so I wasn't impressed by that. The location is absolutely not very convenient to do anything else besides being in the hotel. The choice of food was very limited especially Western food. Also, no halal food or coucher food for other people that can't eat pork...no signs for Halal food. This is the Westin hotel, the waiters have no idea and couldn't help. The only time someone spoke English to me was during the buffet dinner. I came down to have dinner the second night and ask for some English speaking person to help me ordering halal food...the waiter said the manager wasn't there or the chef. I was very hungry and had no choice but to order anything so I can eat...I was really disappointed. Honestly for the price of this hotel I can get a much better service in Yalong Bay or Sanya. I hope the management can try to improve their service and provide a variety of western food and especially Halal and coucher food. You can expect people to pay that much for this Westin hotel and not eat what they need. So disappointed

It was a very pleasant stay experience. Xiao Xie, the receptionist, knew that I had not had dinner yet, so he warmly gave me snacks and introduced the location of the restaurant in detail. The room is also very spacious and clean, and the balcony has a beautiful view. Restaurant service is excellent. Complete facilities? All in all, the hotel's management deserves praise!

The hotel lobby looks very grand and magnificent just as it is seen on the Internet. The hotel has its own coastline, and the sand is very fine and comfortable to step on. If there are no mosquitoes to disturb me, I feel that I can stay here until midnight. Sitting on the beach and drinking at night is also a kind of enjoyment. It's a pity that I don't have a drinking companion, which is a bit regrettable. The room is cleaned very cleanly, and the bathtub is very comfortable to take a bath and relieve stress, relieving fatigue from running on the road. The room is big enough for a family of four. The hotel has direct access to the beach and is shared with Westin. The price is much better than Westin. It is also very convenient to take a taxi to Monkey Island and Xincun Night Market. Next time I come to Lingshui, I will go here directly. I didn't go to Xincun to catch the sea, but it should be worth going. There are many shallow beaches. The picture is Monkey Island
