I stayed here for three nights. It's not that it's particularly great, but the location is excellent. It's very close to Sanya CDF and the beach at Tufu Bay, and it's less than a two-hour drive to surrounding attractions. When I checked in, no one guided me to the elevator for the guest rooms. The lobby has several corners, and it was completely unclear where to go without any guidance. The room wasn't ready when I arrived, and I had to wait until 3:58 PM for a call saying it was available. These past few days, I've encountered many new guests in the elevator who don't know they need to swipe their room card before selecting their floor (they all assume they can just swipe and go or don't realize they need to swipe). By the third day, I finally got three bath towels, but only after I called the front desk and asked them to make a note of it. Otherwise, I would have had to call the front desk every day to say that a room with three people needs three bath towels. Yes! Every! Single! Day! The only thing worth praising is the staff who quietly cleaned our room and replenished bottled water. There's a huge round table in the room, but surprisingly, no chairs or stools were provided. Luckily, I drove and had three camping chairs in my car, otherwise there would have been nowhere to sit to eat in the room. There's a laundry basket on the far right of the wardrobe in the room. The laundry room only has two washers and dryers, and it's all self-service. Most importantly, you need to bring your own laundry detergent! My advice is to set an alarm to collect your clothes from the laundry room in time (leaving them there to queue won't result in staff washing them for you). The bathtub area in the room has a sliding cabinet door that can enclose it, but there's a small fan-shaped glass panel that allows you to see outside. The beach is very convenient, but remember to bring your room card. The kids loved playing in the pool, but after so many days, no one told me what facilities this hotel offers or how to use them (later, I even saw guests playing badminton in the gym room). I didn't feel much service at this hotel; I basically had to figure everything out myself. Now about breakfast: the package I bought was for a family room with three occupants, but breakfast was only for two people. Children over 120cm tall had to pay an extra 98 RMB per person for breakfast (and that was already a discounted price). I mean, once you're in the restaurant, can you really tell a child they can't eat? So, you just have to pay extra. But the 98 RMB breakfast wasn't great; the waffles were very dry with no maple syrup, and the noodle soup was just broth + noodles, relying on added condiments (like pickled vegetables, kimchi, dried radishes) for flavor. There was no welcome fruit because all the fruit in the restaurant was pre-cut (watermelon, dragon fruit, cantaloupe). You have to go downstairs to pick up food delivery, but at least delivery is an option, thanks to the internet! The coconut grove by the beach is beautiful, but the service truly made me wonder if Hilton is just a name here, or if this place has been sold off.
