I went down to the front desk and saw that the receptionist was asleep. I was embarrassed to disturb her. I didn't sleep the whole night. Water and paper towels are provided free of charge when staying in guesthouses and hotel rooms. It's okay if they don't provide water, but they charge for paper. Then why don't they charge for it? They charged a deposit of 100 yuan, and all the room items and paper cost money. I had been thinking of staying there in the future, but this one stay was really enough for me.

不知道這家賓館對客人的私隱是怎麼看待的。我上午睡著了有陌生人敲門，然後開門進來。我非常確定我在晚上睡覺之前把門關好了。難道這個房間的房卡除了前台和保潔還有別人有嗎。 如果是保潔開的話，為什麼保潔會擅自開沒有退房的房門呢，難道保潔不應該是前台告訴退房了才可以進來嗎。為什麼會在我入住期間進來呢。我有沒有退房，難道你們不清楚嗎，還需要保潔來敲門再進來確認？你們前台電腦是不會用嗎。保潔不會用對講機嗎。這屬於侵犯客人私隱了吧。 麻煩你們好好整頓吧，換位思考你們住賓館被開門進來人是什麼感受。 洗手枱下水口往上返臭氣，基本的設施就是這樣嗎，我沒有理由去故意找你們的茬，也沒那個閑心，就説這麼多，自己看吧
