This hotel already become old. Was the best one in Linhai 10 years ago but now really needs a new decoration and have better staff. Nobody speaks english. The food so bad and very limited.

The room is large and the hygiene is average. It is inconvenient to have to use two elevators to go up and downstairs. Not good value for money.

春節期間臨海的酒店漲價漲得厲害，他家漲價比較少，算是厚道的。酒店挺大，東樓是舊樓，設施相對舊一些，其它都還算中規中矩。

酒店是比較有年代感的，房間挺大的，衞生也是挺乾淨的，缺點就是水壓較小，洗澡絕對不能心急，需要慢慢的把身上的沐浴露沖洗乾淨。還有就是我們的房價含雙早，但是家庭出行，三人的早餐需要另外付款一個人的早餐費，額外一份早餐58元。自助早餐幾乎全素，如果不是有白煮蛋，和拿完沒再補充的培根，我們還以為是在吃素齋，這個價格就貴了。酒店停車很方便，酒店樓下吃的很多，晚上就是夜市小吃小攤排擋超級多

雖然酒店陳舊點，但是面積比較大，入住後房間裏發生了兩次斷電，烏漆嘛黑，結果是房間空開功率偏小電吹風不能用，服務員雖然來了，感覺這情況正常不過了，第二天退房給前台再次反映，前台的響應就是一個哦。也是無語了。大過年的也就算了。
