因為臨時起意，春節期間訂不到合適的酒店雙床房，轉而訂了這家。在居民區，小兩房一廳，提前加微信發送定位訊息以及密碼。房間設施簡潔，好在離銀泰百貨步行5～6分鐘，離臨海花北站（有去天台山的定班車）步行15分鐘，加上自己帶了一次性床上用品（房內也有付費取用的）、浴巾、面巾。總之，一人一間大床房，在春節期間的住宿性價比還算不錯。

乾淨舒適，卧室很大，客廳是投屏，兩個卧室每間都有電視，看電視劇互不打擾！車要停到小區路邊停車位。搞笑的是車規規矩矩停在路邊停車線位裏，早上醒來竟然看到交警半夜11點多發的挪車短訊！蒙圈兒！

這是一場説走就走的旅遊✈️凌晨三點突然和朋友決定去旅遊，打開攜程一看民宿，這家價格超級便宜！！！實在是越看越心動，意想不到的是房東還在線，立馬談妥（誇誇房東！因為我們想坐早上最早的一班高鐵，八點到臨海，房東還特地讓我們提前了五個小時補覺，太貼心啦）
✨[進入房間第一眼]實在太棒了！！真的比圖片上的還要舒服舒服太多了！入住前房東給了一張入住指引！真的非常好找！

💡[民宿給我的小驚喜]房間裏準備了傘（當天下雨真的是救命！而且床特別軟，我好愛！）
📍[對於周邊的便利度，我要説]離各種臨海必打卡景點都非常近！！我覺得住這裏真的是絕佳位置！（之前聽説住紫陽街特別吵）

選了好久終於選定了這家，入住後家人一致好評，設備齊全，都是新的，床墊軟軟的，玩了一天躺着都不想動了，睡得很舒服，緩解了一天的疲勞。房東熱情周到，下回來臨海玩還住這邊。

周邊就是市中心 有商場 銀泰就在旁邊 住的當晚在銀泰城吃的飯，樓下車位入住的時候很好停。入住的房間就是視頻裏的這個套型！整體好評 我們是三個人住的A每人九十幾哈哈，可以入住4個人更便宜房東説可以4-6 很划算～入住前去了紫陽街玩～
