就在臨海最熱鬧的銀泰了，房間特別大，智能門鎖入住也方便，空調很給力，大冬天也不會感覺冷，推薦可以試試

又回來住了，還是一如既往的温馨和舒服。這次住的以前住過的房間，牆上的畫換了兩幅，天氣也舒服下來了，通風也好，還安靜。還是很滿意的～

這次入住很順利，因以前住過民宿，一切熟門熟路，按店家操作，很方便的辦好入住，房間很大，很乾凈，設施好，該有的都有了，香香的睡了一晚。交通也很方便，期望以後再來，還住這裏哈!

衞生還不錯，裝修也尚可，除了地板看着有些顯舊，但其實打掃的很乾凈。位置和價格都非常好，沒事就可以下樓逛銀泰，要買啥樓下便利店也很方便，價格實惠

酒店樓下很繁華熱鬧的，吃飯超市也十分方便，有地下車庫可以提供給自駕遊的客人使用，房間很大，設施齊全，總之還是不錯的民宿公寓。

不記得什麼時候開始，每次到臨海出差都來這裏住，現在是所有同事來出差也住她家了，訂好房間微信説一下就ok，老闆娘熱情也好説話。位置在銀泰出行也方便，吃飯也方便。離紫陽街也不遠，晚上有空還可以去逛逛五A景區

春節期間價格水漲船高，公寓式酒店整體還可以，2 張 1.8 米的床很適合家庭出遊，期間出現問題工作人員也積極解決。
