I travel many times every year, and I always book hotels and homestays on Ctrip. I have never given a bad review, but I have to give a bad review for this hotel. On the night of check-in, we went to the hot springs. In the children's play area, the child slid down the slide and hit his head, causing a goose egg-sized bump. After coming out, he found the front desk and asked why there were no protective measures when the iron pillar was so close. The answer was that we had never had any. After asking the supervisor to come out, we still did not get any response, and only gave a bottle of Yunnan Baiyao. See the picture for details. The picture was taken the next day after entering. The iron pillars were rusted, and there were still no protective measures or staff reminders. You can imagine how insensitive the hotel is. Eight of the ten shower heads in the shower area were problematic, either leaking or unusable, and the standing shower area smelled like a public toilet. You can imagine it yourself. The hotel breakfast time is from 7am to 9am. We went down to eat at 8:40am. The waiter at the gate paid the children's meal fee without saying anything. After paying the meal fee, we found that most of the meals were sold out or not available at all. We went out to ask, and the waiter who charged said, "Let's eat whatever we have. We start at 7am. You are too late." So, may I ask, which hotel stipulates that guests must come down to eat early in the morning? We ate within the specified time and paid the fee. We did not require that all meals were full, but at least most of them should not be sold out. We have been to Tianmu Hot Spring in Wendeng, Weihai many times. As a brand, Weihai Tianmu is far better than Linqu Tianmu in terms of hardware facilities and service awareness of employees! In short, this hotel is not good at anything, but it is the first in collecting money! Everyone must be cautious!!!

The facilities are complete and clean. I took my children there and had a great time in the hot springs. The hot springs lasted until the lights were turned on at night. It was very good.

The hotel is clean, sanitary, well decorated, and has a good service attitude. When I checked out, I forgot something in the room. The customer service and front desk staff actively contacted me and kept it properly. Thank you very much!

The room facilities are old and full of cigarette smell. The overall service attitude is good. When checking in, there was a front desk clerk who spoke very arrogantly. The hot spring bath was good, but the outdoor pool was basically closed and there was no water. I only played in the indoor children's playground for a while. I don't recommend it.
