不知道為什麼按金五百一間，兩間房收了一千，住酒店的讓把帶的菜熱一下，一個不穿工作服的女的説不允許外帶菜，還好後來經理來了才可以，酒店電梯聲音響鈴聲太大了，建議小點真影響睡覺，也説明門的隔音效果不好。

聽出租車司機説這是臨泉最好的酒店，過來一看設施看起來的確不錯，但是前台的服務我覺得還有提升空間，我在攜程訂好了，前台説查不到讓我退掉在前台定，我沒同意，她們又説找到訂單號了，還有另外收了比房費貴的多的按金，我在其他酒店都沒試過這樣，不明白有攜程背書為什麼還要按金，第二天退房退按金也等很久，整體的服務感覺很一般
