Food was the best! Everyday a different menu, especially for the meats and salads. Dessert quite similar every meal. Rooms get long time to be cleaned but they can do it by evening. I lost my baby's milk bottle and my sister lost her daughter's glasses and they found them both and kept well to give is back on the following day. Crib and baby bathtub was also provided. Not so many activities for children at 2 and 3 years but for over 4 the kid's monitors can be very helpful.

Mais uma vez o Blue Tree Termas de Lins foi espetacular e sempre nos proporcionando grande satisfação a todos da família. Com grande variedade de refeições, churrasco na piscina e outros, além da noite de natal ter sido ótima, com banda, jantar muito bom e toda a magia do natal. O restaurante atendeu um pedido de uma sobremesa Strogonoff de nozes. Destaque para o jantar de natal que novamente estava muito saboroso, com várias opções de pratos, com muito camarão. Também elogio ao churrasco na piscina, sempre tradicional. Muita atividade o tempo todo, para os adultos e crianças. Elogio ao tio minhoca, tio galo, frank, tio grilo, tio peteleco, priscila (tia batatatinha), tia carambola que sempre nos cumprimentam com sorriso no rosto. Atenção também ao Leandro com as bagagens e cuidados com o carro tanto no check in quanto no check out. Angela com as toalhas. Diego no restaurante. Garçom Reginaldo, Matheus. Cássio na recepção. Entre outros. O quarto também estava impecável, sempre organizado.

Resort maravilhoso, já me hospedei 2 vezes a primeira eu e meu marido, na segunda gostei tanto que chamei familiares quartos grandes e arejado, na primeira vez fiquei em quarto sem varanda na segunda com varanda os dois são ótimos. Refeição muito boa , piscina maravilhosa, áreas comuns maravilhosa, recreação também tudo perfeito. Funcionários sempe muito gentil. Deixar em destaque alguns que foram além se destacam, não poderia deixar de falar Tauana restaurante, Reginaldo garcon, Angela entrega de toalhas, Igor recepção, Galo, Urso, Frank recreação e Zeca pesquisa. Deixar em especial a essas pessoas por ter tornado nossa estadia tão boa, foram dias maravilhosos e vocês contribuíram para se dias inesquecível, em breve estaremos de volta. E do hotel tudo perfeito, alimentação, quarto, áreas de lazer, limpeza tudo perfeito.

O melhor réveillon da minha vida ,eu comparo esse hotel comparo esse hotel como o da série sorriso real, os funcionários todos sempre com um lindo sorriso no rosto, nós deseja um lindo dia em nossa estadia, estou na passagem do ano novo foi muito lindo, e mesmo com uma carga de trabalho mais estença devido o evento que requer mais; todos funcionários trabalhando feliz, um bom sinal, que são valorizados por seus patrões, os quais estão de parabéns com toda equipe, me sinto em casa quando venho neste hotel, sempre recomendo a meus amigos principalmente os que tem crianças, pois a recreação infantil e a melhor, se fosse para avaliar a recreação eu daria nota 1000, a mesma nota vai pra toda equipe. Obrigada a todos .

Excelente para um descanso, desfrutando das piscinas termais e de otima estrutura p caminhadas. Boa comida e quarto confortável. Internet boa . É talvez a minha 5a vez no resort e continua excelente , a única observação é quanto ao exaustor do WC, poderia ser mais silencioso.
