住過很多酒店，很少點評，這家有些特別忍不住説幾句。回家路上高速堵車在鄰水臨時找的這家店。
關於服務：確實很不錯，不管是前台妹妹的語言、語氣，還是音容笑貌、肢體語言，一定要點贊，比很多洋**管理的都要好。還有就是前台的百寶箱，房間的温馨提示卡，都很是温馨，充分考慮了客人的體驗和感受。甚至還和酒店工作人員聊天的時候都在誇他們的老闆一定是個有想法、懂專業、心思細膩的優秀人士。期間還到2樓做了個Spa，全程都很滿意。直到……
吃過宵夜回到房間使用了房間的“智能馬桶”，整個人都不好了。看介紹，這個“智能馬桶”那是真智能，各種自動加熱、自動沖洗、烘乾……看似確實智能。但是事實上根本衹有一個座圈加熱的功能，其他自動都是擺設。用房間座機按照提示撥打前台電話，居然提示電話欠費？用手機撥打併告知情況，前台第一反應居然是“完全不可能”。打開手機免提讓她自己聽完座機提示以後也是一副無所謂的樣子……過程太焦心了。最後，十多分鐘以後，來了個大姐（粗暴狂按門鈴就暫且不表）進房間就告訴我遙控板上有“沖水”倆字的按鍵，按一下就可以了，説完還不忘做了一個優雅的示範…果斷趕出房間。那種心情，説實在真的無以言表，終於體會到別人説的“吃蒼蠅”的感覺了。房間還有個二維碼，可以吐槽？可惜吐槽完畢至今也沒有人聯繫過我。過去好幾天，還是想不明白，其原因何在？
這體驗，真的差。不知道老闆看到這些情況情何以堪？

回家路途看評價選了這家酒店入住，一家三口，整體入住體驗非常好，前台服務熱情，餐廳服務用心，房間細節考慮周到，有服務亮點，性價比高，值得推薦。1. 入住時前台看到有小朋友做了登記，當我需要額外礦泉水時，雖然要2瓶，但細心的前台送了3瓶； 2. 晚上夜宵，因孩子還非常小，夫妻二人不方便帶孩子堂食，跟餐廳大姐一説明，大姐欣然幫我們準備了託盤和食物，讓帶回房間食用，沒有任何猶豫和婉拒，非常暖心；3. 對於不到200的價格，房間用品品質都還可以，用品配備齊全，貼心小提示很多，房間也乾淨整潔；4. 早餐品種不算很豐富，但對於這樣價格酒店已是足夠，每一樣都還精心準備，口味不錯，很有食慾，麪檔的麪很好，就是對於我來説有點辣，雖然告知儘量少辣。就是房間電視試了好久都沒有打開，嫌麻煩就沒有叫人了；1.8米的床對於我們帶小朋友來説稍微不顯寬敞，如果是2米更好一點。這次入住超預期。

空間挺大的，房間也很隔音，服務態度不錯，提供早餐，夜宵！衞生還須挺高一下，其他都挺好的，放心入住，全是不錯的酒店了！

酒店距離高速公路出口很近，下了高速很快就可以看到酒店。酒店有免費的地下停車場，前台工作人員熱情禮貌，房間安排的挺好。房間裏面衞生乾淨，床上用品舒適，衞生間乾濕分離，智能馬桶。早餐挺不錯的，雖然品種不是很多，但是味道很好，麪條煮的很好。推薦一下。

這家酒店的衞生狀況真的算好的，我也住過很多酒店，這家衞生確實做的仔細，服務也很貼心，從前台辦理入住，到進房間，每一個角落都打掃得一塵不染。床鋪整潔乾淨，讓人一躺下就能感受到舒適與安心。衞生間也保持得非常清爽，沒有任何異味。可以看出酒店對衞生方面有着極高的標準和要求，這次選擇在這裏住，很舒服也住的安心！

最近入住的這家酒店，真的給我留下了深刻的印象，尤其是它的衞生，必須給好評！
一進門開始，就習慣性先看衞生情況，確實能感受到酒店對衞生的高度重視。地面光潔如新，沒有一絲灰塵；牆面也潔白無瑕，沒有任何污漬。房間內的床鋪整潔有序，床單被罩都像是剛剛更換過的一樣，散發著清新的氣息。還特意問她們用的那款香薰，最讓我驚喜的是衞生間的清潔程度。馬桶、洗手池、浴缸等區域都被打掃得一塵不染，連水龍頭都擦得亮晶晶的。而且，酒店還提供了充足的衞生用品，讓人感到十分貼心。總的來説，這家酒店在衞生方面做得非常出色，讓人住得放心、舒心。如果後面需要住酒店，我一定會再次選擇這家酒店！
