前台有個年輕的小姐態度特別差、會用眼瞪人、入住酒店按金100元、就應該開個收據給客人、客人要求開收據也是合情合理的、就像你們要求交按金是一樣的道理、不要用眼瞪客人、其次酒店門口停車場是要收費的、前台也不提前告知、前台辦理入住全過程沒有一個笑臉、態度極差、不知道你們老闆對你們的工作態度是否認可、房間裏上一個客人沒有用完的衞生間捲紙放着給下一個客人用、請問這樣好嗎。問清潔員重新換一卷、她卻説用完在來要新的、真是氣**啊。另外、早餐很好、工作人員熱情態度很好、值得表揚。

整個體驗差到列進24年第一名！開車到酒店門口的停車場，辦理入住時告知門口停車場不是酒店的，要去地下停車場。然後按前台指示的方向開錯到隔壁小區裏面（指反），又打電話問，最後繞了一圈才停進去。地下車庫裡沒有任何酒店電梯的指示，找了一圈無奈從車輛出口出去！房卡號5開頭的，結果刷卡後電梯直接到8樓客房，按着對應的號刷開了8樓的房間，結果是一間已經有人入住的房，並被該房客罵了出去。去前台理論衹是毫無誠意的道歉！太晚了實在困得再追究什麼，
其次衞生間沒有換氣系統，洗手枱牆頂掉皮、淋浴間衞生沒搞乾淨，中午死活打不通前台電話（系統故障）、吹風機不在衞生間而是套間外的茶吧地下（打不通電話自己一通找）、入住前已經説好了延遲退房第二天還打電話催、地下停車場入口處底盤低的車小心點，我的就被狠狠的蹭了一下！整個服務就是草台班子，白瞎了這個配置。

前台態度不好，開的房間跟訂的房間不是同一個户型，去換前台還甩着個臉，換了房型入住後也有問題，沙發上是臟的，關了房門房間太熱不能正常休息，不開空調房間温度都能高達29度（不能製冷），從入住到半夜兩點多一直開着門以為温度能降下去，結果降不下去，困的不行關門睡了不到一小時，三點多熱醒，這誰還能正常休息睡覺，沒法睡等到天亮，沒法繼續入住，去退還沒住的二天，一共訂了三天花了 600 出頭， 最後衹退了 276，少退錢，詭計多端，最後平台打電話發了 50 補償券， 太差勁，設施有問題，整體溝通態度差，還趾高氣揚沒別的房間，你去別的地方住，我要早知道差勁我肯定換酒店，第二天我不就換了別的酒店訂。

入住時服務員先給我開了一個七樓的房間，上樓一看，是一個窗子面向高速路的房間。於是我要求服務員幫我換一間安靜的房間，之後換到5016號的河景房。結果這間房白天感覺不到什麼，但到了夜深人靜時，總是能聽到一種機器運轉的聲音，可是這聲音估計不會超過50分貝，又不好再次找酒店換房。但確實會影響你休息。第二天早上退房時，我問了換班後的另一位服務員，她説是空氣能熱水器的聲音。也就是説，這種情況酒店是知情的。可是頭一天的服務員難道是不知情嗎？如果她知情，為什麼偏偏要這樣做呢？我不理解！
