第一，我訂了好幾間大床房，不經過我同意給我調了大部分的房間，到了酒店説是沒房衹能調整房型，沒有大床房為什麼能訂上房間？第二，酒店安全鎖形同虛設，根本鎖不上門。第三，淋浴頭一直在滴水，關不嚴，嚴重影響睡眠體驗。第四，更過分的是房間裏面竟然不配紙巾，上廁所都找不到紙巾。
