房間一般，就是太冷了，空調不熱，地暖不熱，關鍵問題是熱水器，晚上洗個澡，進去五分鐘就沒熱水了，身上沐浴露沒沖，頭上護髮素沒沖，冷水就下來了，水温最高温度22℃，冷死了，你家雙人電熱毯還是壞的，直接把人凍重感冒了，又跑去醫院輸液。。。。體驗感太差勁了

新酒店開起來設施還行，但有味，馬桶蓋坐墊上還有尿漬。因為帶小孩給前台電話要多一個枕頭，前台直接説沒有（住酒店不管是什麼酒店包括民宿都第一次遇到），入住前要求交200按金（兩個房間），當時還納悶現在酒店還要交按金的，第二天8點多退房説查房的還沒有上班查完直接原路退回，晚上才查看記錄衹退了188，電話過去説一個房間消費了2瓶百歲山，另一個房間消費了2瓶啥子飲料（不記得當時前台説的什麼牌子的飲料了）。我反覆強調我們沒有消費。前台説再問問查房人員再回復我，一直也沒有回覆。
