Hotel is situated in the central district. In the evening the area is nice but not loud. City night live is at the otherside of the river, easily reachable by taxi in 10 minutes. There are two shopping centres at walking distance. Food ordered over WeChat will be delivered till at the room doorstep by the hotel robot (kids were thrilled). Hotel staff was excellent, escpecialy C at the reception was friendly and helpfull. Checking in with only English language skills was no problem thanks to her. Rooms were excellent and brand new, as is the rest of the hotel. Breakfast is of good quality and has a big variety of choices. Btw, the coffee is exelent.

I have stayed in this hotel many times, but it looks like it is getting worse about maintenance, if things are broken or the carpets are so disgusting dirty, than replace it, or clean it!
Great praise goes to the employees in the lobby, restaurant and housekeeping, they are very friendly and help wherever they can and keep the guests still smiling

The room was clean and tidy, sitting on the sofa and seeing the view of the Luohe outside the window! Miss Lucky at the front desk is warm and thoughtful, and breakfast is OK! The pancakes with Linyi characteristics are especially delicious! Overall good! 👍🏻👍🏻
