設施：空調失靈 衞生：差，衞生間馬桶圈上有不知名毛髮，地上有一團頭髮，衞生間有異味 環境：一般 服務：差👎 最開始訂普通房型4樓怕樓層低衞生間有異味什麼的連續升了兩個房型到了10樓，沒想到連續升了兩個房型的10樓衞生間還是有異味，而且空調也是壞的製冷17度來了一個小時温度還跟室外差不多，然後衞生間馬桶圈上有不知名毛髮，去問酒店客服，客服説推脱説是客房打掃人員的頭髮，讓我們自己套個一次性馬桶墊就好😡😡😡這是一個正常酒店客房應該有的服務態度嗎？然後客服説這是打掃人員的可以理解，那地上那一坨頭髮和馬桶水箱上那彎曲的毛髮怎麼解釋？彎曲的毛髮一看就是私密處的，還一直狡辯。最可氣的是我女朋友明確確認換房之後讓我的女朋友拎着大包小包站在房間門口，也不讓進房間，客服就非説要等我的消息，那我交了錢辦了入住，我女朋友的意見就是我的意見，你們酒店憑什麼不讓我女朋友進房間？而且你們酒店説等我的消息，那你們酒店客服也沒詢問我意見啊🤬🤬🤬🤬真的很生氣，自己酒店衞生設備出了問題不去想辦法處理而是讓顧客自己解決，那顧客花這個錢幹嘛？出現問題還顧客，説客服打掃人員快下班了，你們酒店自己出現的問題為什麼要催促顧客？而且一直語氣非常敷衍，最後我女朋友拎着大包小包站在房間門口跟客服打電話客服還吵吵唧唧的最後還掛電話，不是你橫什麼？你對一個女生兇什麼，你怎麼不對着我兇？住這麼多次酒店，好的差的都住過一些，從來沒有遇到像你們這樣的，而且我也不是第一次住你們酒店，之前有小問題都解決了，這次這個女客服態度真的是太惡劣了。
