很無語，首先是之前住過很多次沒有停車費，辦理完入住發現還有停車費。其次二期民宿電梯之前可以直達地庫，現在不能直達地下車庫，問了一圈，二期4個前台，3個説不知道怎麼下地庫，一個説是衹有3號電梯能直達地庫，但是也沒説3號電梯在哪裡，真是很服氣了，打電話給客服，顯示客服沒有同意加好友。本來是為了方便找車，把車停在了二期電梯口，結果就是早上9點考試，從8點找車到8點40多。真是很無語了。

酒店不錯，退按金也很快，給我們的提示説4到6小時給退，差不多兩三個小時就給我們退了，衞生乾淨整潔，前台服務也很好，熱情周到

酒店位置很好找，導航直接到酒店門口。前台服務態度熱情，詢問都耐心解答。房間衞生做都很乾凈，洗手盆和馬桶擦洗乾淨，入住放心。最重要的是價格非常實惠，性價比超高，非常值得推薦。

過年自駕來臨沂玩選了這家酒店，必須誇誇他們的服務！出發前打電話問路，工作人員特別耐心地指路。到店後發現門口就有專屬停車位，搬行李和退房都超方便。前台小姐姐兩分鐘就辦好入住，全程沒尬聊也沒推銷，酒店裝修是那種簡約又有質感的風格，走廊和房間隨便找個角落拍照都挺有氛圍感。
