1.在我不在房間且沒有要求需要清掃房間的情況下，客房擅自進入房間打掃。我晚上回去後發現浴巾被更換過的新的了，真的被冒犯到了，我並未在門口掛需要清掃的提示牌也並未跟前台要求過需要清掃，我的信用卡，現金，個人物品，衣服等大量物品均在房間，雖未丟失任何物品，但未經允許擅自進入房間實在不妥
2.我第一時間把情況反映給了前台，前台反饋續住後客房會默認進入清掃且更換房間物料，但房間的飲用水的空瓶全部被帶走，且未進行補充，地巾被帶走，沐浴露衹剩幾泵，接近空瓶也並未更換，一次性拖鞋被收走且並無更換，也就是客房把這些東西都帶走了，沒有拿新的，那還不如不換。
3.我的行李有被雨淋濕，直接從外地快遞過來的，我特意在中午出門的時候把行李箱打開讓他自然晾乾，結果客房進來給關上了，我到很晚回來才發現，導致我的行李箱回來還是濕的，無心之舉間接給我帶來了不便，當時已經很晚了，我怕開吹風機吵到其他人，衹能第二天再自己用吹風機一點點吹乾
4.我的房間是沿街的，隔音很差，兩個晚上每一晚都會被貨車的喇叭聲驚醒，真的神經衰弱了
