70開頭，環境很好很乾凈，有飲水機打熱水，這個價格真的沒啥挑的，阿姨人也很熱情，有免費的WiFi，自己一個人，或者一兩個朋友一起的話，真的很划算。實際環境的話參考攜程上的照片，一模一樣。

這是一家家庭旅館，比較乾淨，也比較簡陋。在舊城區，旁邊不遠就是人民廣場，交通方便，去銀雀山漢墓竹簡博物館、臨沂博物館、王羲之故居都有公交。但空調不是很給力，房間有點冷，走廊不夠通風。

房間裏整潔乾淨，用品和家電都是暫新的，比附近大賓館條件還好，位置又在臨沂市中心，購物休閑吃飯很方便，住着很舒服，老闆娘服務熱情周到，很滿意的一次體驗，下次來一定還住這家。
