The service attitude of the hotel staff is very good, and the waiter who cleans the room is very polite. The hotel has a heated swimming pool. I went swimming once during my stay. The facilities are a bit old, but the water quality and temperature are okay. Recommended to stay. There is also a rich breakfast.

假期前翻遍臨沂酒店最終選定的這家，真沒讓我們失望，全家十個人安排得妥妥當當，都非常滿意，酒店內外環境超好，自助早餐超值，更讓我們驚歎的居然是假期沒漲價。酒店還貼心地為大兒子進行了加床，推薦了附近的特色美食，距離琅琊古城也就七八分鐘的路，一切都那麼完美。

酒店位置非常好👍在市中心，距離市政府就一個路口。院子裏綠化很好，停車方便，房間寬敞。天氣熱，房間給準備的大桶水，礦泉水，孩子的小禮物，很用心，細節到位。餐廳的菜量很大，價格實惠，非常推薦。早餐種類多，很多現做食品很適合孩子的口味。二樓的圖書館也是孩子的好去處。已經分享給朋友們了

五一假期領孩子來琅琊古城，酒店整體很大，免費停車場車位多，游泳館，健身房配套設施齊全，早餐豐富，房間寬敞，有浴缸，提供一次性浴缸套，前台會幫忙送行李，房間提供免費桶裝水。再來臨沂，衹住頤正園。

我於去年一月份入住此酒店，訂了兩間房，那時服務特周到，每天有新鮮水果贈送，房間也乾淨，無異味，非常舒服，這次我6號入住此酒店，也訂了兩間，服務也沒有以前好了，一進門給我一間破洗臉盆的房間，最後換了一間，房間有異味，非常難聞，有不好意思講，晚上都無法入睡，休息不好，服務員也不熱情，前台的服務員也沒有禮貌，早餐也沒有以前做的好吃，服務水平大不如以前了，提前退房走了。

臨沂老牌酒店，開業早，但房間內設施還算維護的不錯，沒什麼特別陳舊，傢俱一塵不染。當晚22點多還遭遇停水，打電話到前台，沒給到具體恢復時間，耽誤我洗澡睡覺了。解決方案就是送幾瓶礦泉水到我房間裏，讓我先用起來。不知道該氣還是該笑，幾瓶水怎麼洗澡呢，衹夠刷牙洗臉，所以我也沒要，因為全區域停水，也無法調整我至其他房間洗澡。大約等待20分鐘，再次致電告知我來水了。整個酒店也沒有整花裏胡哨的東西，酒店該有的本分盡到，各層級服務人員不冷不淡，從某些方面來説，感官也挺好的，不算熱情也不推諉，還是欣賞這份邊界感的。
