The service attitude of the hotel staff is very good, and the waiter who cleans the room is very polite. The hotel has a heated swimming pool. I went swimming once during my stay. The facilities are a bit old, but the water quality and temperature are okay. Recommended to stay. There is also a rich breakfast.

我於去年一月份入住此酒店，訂了兩間房，那時服務特周到，每天有新鮮水果贈送，房間也乾淨，無異味，非常舒服，這次我6號入住此酒店，也訂了兩間，服務也沒有以前好了，一進門給我一間破洗臉盆的房間，最後換了一間，房間有異味，非常難聞，有不好意思講，晚上都無法入睡，休息不好，服務員也不熱情，前台的服務員也沒有禮貌，早餐也沒有以前做的好吃，服務水平大不如以前了，提前退房走了。

臨沂老牌酒店，開業早，但房間內設施還算維護的不錯，沒什麼特別陳舊，傢俱一塵不染。當晚22點多還遭遇停水，打電話到前台，沒給到具體恢復時間，耽誤我洗澡睡覺了。解決方案就是送幾瓶礦泉水到我房間裏，讓我先用起來。不知道該氣還是該笑，幾瓶水怎麼洗澡呢，衹夠刷牙洗臉，所以我也沒要，因為全區域停水，也無法調整我至其他房間洗澡。大約等待20分鐘，再次致電告知我來水了。整個酒店也沒有整花裏胡哨的東西，酒店該有的本分盡到，各層級服務人員不冷不淡，從某些方面來説，感官也挺好的，不算熱情也不推諉，還是欣賞這份邊界感的。

一進門就被酒店的顏值征服了！房間寬敞明亮，窗外風景美得像幅畫，黑天鵝，綠孔雀，感覺自己住進了“網紅打卡地”！
酒店的小哥哥小姐姐們簡直是我的“貼心小棉襖”！前台笑容甜得像糖，客房服務快得像閃電～前台有好多非遺產品售賣，可以挑選哦。

這次入住頤正園酒店的體驗非常棒！房間乾淨整潔，大廳裝修風格典雅大氣，房間給人一種温馨舒適的感覺。床鋪柔軟舒適，睡得很香。房間內的設施也很齊全，空調、電視、Wi-Fi都很好用，熱水器出熱水很快，洗澡非常舒服。

房間很乾凈，前台的小姐姐熱情耐心，小哥哥們主動幫助把行李寄存。房間還放了國旗國徽，床單乾淨整潔，還有洗手後的潤膚露，細節滿滿。早餐很多品種，牛奶是大罐，吃完的食品補充很及時，我拍照的鹹菜口感酸酸甜甜的，小餛飩的湯是老雞湯，口感鮮美。院子裏的風景很美，酒店裡健身房是旁邊臨沂市全民健身中心，裏面健身器械很全，羽毛球館下面有也賣球拍，旁邊的游泳館沒去，大廳裏也有泳衣泳鏡都有賣。院子裏還有一件烘焙店路過的時候特別香，想着健身回來看看，八點半下班了，其他的都不錯
