真的很一般……環境一般，價格還不低，洗澡是太陽能熱水器，水都不熱，窗外就是馬路，也很吵，還有走廊裏有監控，門上為什麼不能擋一下？？？很沒有安全感

女老闆挺好，男老闆扣死了，用個空調他還不讓用，140一晚，用個空調犯罪？還把我空調遙控器拿走了，小刀拉屁股開眼了，見過扣的沒見過這樣的，害的我半夜被凍醒，真服了這樣的商家，

去附近辦事，網上隨便看了下定的，去到以後把身份證給前台，前台還問了我三遍名字，而且態度極不耐煩。入住發現根本不是網上描述的那樣，衹有一個不能打開的窗户，而且沒有窗簾，對光敏感的根本睡不着。還是內窗打不開（這個應該網上就做説明）房間一股黴味衞生間為什很多地方常年不打掃。空調一開那聲音堪比拖拉機。網上評價還有説隔音好的，我真笑死，一樓説話二樓都聽的清楚，就是家庭旅館，跟商務不搭邊，住的人也都是民工月租房。這種房間在臨沂市區也不值這個價，臨沂酒店特別內亂，早知道去市區住了

房間有暖氣，不是很冷。房間衞生乾淨。衹不過暖氣片上部不不乾淨，灰塵多。床挺大，隔音效果好。附近也有吃飯的地方。
