設施較以前是比較老舊了，特別是中央空調管道需要清理了，窗户關不嚴，冬天漏風，早上想洗個澡，前台告知昨晚熱水管爆了，答覆給予50元補償，處理速度倒是蠻快的，酒店靠近沂河風景還是不錯，期待酒店硬件設施有所改進

窗户關不嚴，露大縫隙，冬天風呼呼的，換了個房間還是這樣，給前台打電話告訴我他家就這樣，我想着打開空調拉上窗簾能好一些，結果越來越冷。三樓電梯⬇️鍵帶電啪啪電人。白玉蘭原來是別的旅館改的嗎？衞生間環境差的不行，早餐稀溜溜的粥，沒有果醬的吐司，需要自己煎蛋，以及出渾濁液體 不是奶茶的奶茶機。對了 還有破洞的床單，絕對是個假的白玉蘭…

體驗超棒。酒店位置絕佳，出行便利。大堂裝修精緻，工作人員熱情周到，辦理入住退房高效。房間乾淨整潔，床鋪柔軟舒適，各類設施一應俱全且運作良好。衞生間寬敞明亮，洗浴用品品質不錯。酒店的餐飲更是一大亮點，早餐種類豐富，味道可口。無論是商務出行還是旅遊度假，這裏都是非常好的選擇，下次有機會還會再次入住。😉

從來沒評論過酒店，主要嫌麻煩，可是這家太差了，簡直就是掛羊頭賣狗肉，圖片看起來挺好的，到了發展外牆就是毛坯的，房間就是翻新以前的酒店一樣，簡直就是對付，跟別的白玉蘭差太遠了，一分價錢一分貨，他家的價格算臨沂中上了，可是配套設施太差，早餐也是很拉胯，去了下大雨了，要不肯定不住這裏圖片如下，馬桶套是自己的，洗澡在廁所，洗臉在窗户旁，無語了！

非常不推薦，老改新，一進屋都是一股黴味，牆上到處都是發黴的斑，下水道不下水，床上，浴室均有別人的毛髮，避雷。
