臨沂火車站出站步行到酒店25分鐘，實際是1.5公里，酒店房間比較大，衞生一般，前台服務熱情，有一份水果贈送，酒店門口有多趟公交車，獨自旅行女性住這裏很安全。

圖片與實物不符，空間小，味道臭，房間內燈特別暗，房間裏陰暗潮濕，跟沒開燈一樣，衞生間特別難聞，讓人不能呼吸了，洗水池一層污垢，吹風機還不能吹頭髮，大晚上的頭髮都吹不幹，無法讓人下手，電視非常破，不能看，房間的水還要錢，喝了一口後拉肚子，酒店的水壺裡污垢一層一層不能煮水，然後問前台也沒有開水提供，酒店周圍什麼都沒有，超市也沒有買不來了任何東西，酒店裡有東西但還老貴了，樓道內陰森森的，晚上出去老嚇人了，每個房間旁都有鏡子，很嚇人，走廊的盡頭更嚇人，下樓梯時還有個鱷魚在頭頂很嚇人，晚上睡覺被子好薄，還有一股男人味，是沒有換床單嘛？，房間裏也好臟好亂，看見櫃子下有用過的姨媽巾塞裏面，太恐怖了
