I seldom give bad reviews, but the experience at my first stop during the Spring Festival was terrible. First of all, I couldn't find my order when I arrived, and then they said the reservation was exceeded. I had to wait downstairs for more than half an hour before I could check in. The boss said that the kid had just arrived and was not familiar with the process. I won't say more about this. But the door couldn't be locked, and one of the floor drains was blocked, so I couldn't go to the toilet after taking a shower. I went out at nine in the morning and came back at two in the afternoon, but no one had cleaned the room. I left at around 3:00 and told the front desk that I needed to clean and fix the floor drain. When I came back at night, the floor drain was still not fixed. The disposable slippers and paper towels in the triple room were not replaced, and there was only one set of toothbrushes. There are too many points to complain about.

很臟，一看就是很久沒人住過了，每個地方都能看見灰塵，衞生間更是臟的離譜，房間都訂了，也不上來打掃，隔音很差，早上六點多外面説話的聲音就傳到房間裏了，在廁所里居然能聽見隔壁上廁所的聲音，真是無語了，靠近馬路邊，車流特別吵，根本睡不着，放的洗髮水沐浴露居然是過期的，就算我們不用，將近四百一晚的房間也不至於放過期的吧

離琅琊古城很近，位置比較好找，房間環境一般，衞生間配套的洗漱用品很差，都是用過剩下的，還配不齊，衞生紙也沒換，都是用過還剩一點的，刷牙杯的水漬感覺都好久沒刷過，看着很難受，馬桶的尿漬都幹了上面多久沒清理了，現在很少能住到這樣的酒店了，好處是可以攜帶寵物，前台熱情接待。

挺好的，小紅書看到有人來過，覺得不錯，所以特意來的，攜寵出行，寧願遠一些，偏一些，都不怕！感謝可以接待毛孩子的商家～服務態度也很好～房間很寬敞，門外走廊都鋪了地毯，也很安靜！

環境：房間面積很大
服務：老闆人很好，大晚上10點多還幫我們聯繫當地的散團。後來因為孩子突然發燒取消了行程，老闆二話沒説就把後面訂的酒店費用全都退給了我們。真的很感謝！祝老闆生意越來越紅火！忘了拍客房照片了，上傳點別的吧哈哈～（￣▽￣～）~
