The laundry room, in particular, was excellent, leaving our clothes clean and fresh. The staff were exceptionally warm and hospitable. When the delivery robot couldn't reach our floor, a staff member immediately brought our food up, which was a truly thoughtful gesture and deeply appreciated. The triple room I stayed in had no air conditioning and only two small fans, so there was no wind in one of the beds.
