Great staff. Very easy access to city center. Definitely will come back again.

The hotel covers a very large area, with the main building, executive building, office building, etc. We stayed in the executive building this time. The apartments above the suites are all in the executive building. There are 8 rooms on the first floor. The visual room area is 100+. The hotel dishes are fresh and rich, clean and tidy, the environment is elegant, and the service is warm and thoughtful. Complete facilities, SOS and wall extension phones on the toilet, double five-star praise! I will stay in Linyi next time!

Staff very friendly and fast service Room is very clean and Well maintained. They make you feel comfortable in the hotel. ***But there are few negativity they must work on*** As usual NO ENGLISH speakers amongst the staff. Breakfast multi options and many dishes but I didn't eat anything apart from eggs and bread because not foreigner friendly style (more Chinese culture) as simple thing not there like cheese, beans, hashbrown etc. Every thing in the room from water to alcohol to snacks and bath bag all PRICES with labels 🏷 ( looked very cheap for the hotel name) made me feel in a shopping room not a hotel room! Gym was VERY untidy as all weights and equipment laying all round the place (against heath and safety). Swimming pool was shocking as the smell was very bad and unclean around the entrance, life guard was wearing normal clothes and I didn't realise him until seen him walking up and down the pool! Over all was very nice but I hope they take the feedback on and fix the issues as it is good hotel and good staff 👍. Swimming pool and the gym made me give 3 stars for cleanliness!!!

I checked out directly when I met the staff when I went out. The deposit was refunded immediately. There was no trouble. I went to the front desk and dragged my luggage. It was really inconvenient, so I took a taxi and left directly from the north gate. It was really good. This place is in the town. A taxi is about 8 yuan. It is very cheap to go east from the north gate to eat in the town. After you are full, it only takes more than 20 minutes to walk back. Linyi fried chicken is so delicious

Service: After check-in, you need to drive to find it yourself, tell the front desk to come for the first time, do not know the location of the private soup room, the front desk asked me to find the security, the security said let me find it along the road, but fortunately there is only one road, I found it soon. The private soup room booked includes breakfast. The dining place is on the second floor of the check-in. It takes 5 minutes to return to the room (not recommended to walk, a bit far). Indoor soup pool, the phone asks the waiter to store water, the waiter leaves after informing the switch and drainage method, and needs to operate by himself (the water storage switch automatically stops every 15 minutes, and needs to be manually operated repeatedly). No one explained that the indoor soup pool could not be filled with water. It began to store water less than 5 o'clock. At 5:40, the customer service phone reflected that the water storage was dissatisfied. When the waiter came to knock on the door at 6:20, he told the water storage scale that it could be half. During the period, he didn't know the reason. There was no way to change clothes. Only sit by the bed and wait. At 9:10 pm, the waiter came to send welcome fruit (2 apples and 1 coconut), coconut is delicious. At 8 o'clock the next morning, I tried to re-stock the indoor soup pool. I didn't respond. I called the room again and was told that the sluice would need to be opened at 9:30 (no one reminded before). Hardware: The indoor soup pool, next to the toilet, is for safety reasons, the indoor soup pool cannot be filled with water, half of the cockroach can be used, and adults sit inside with their waists (Figure 2 is the highest water level). The room is old, because there is a soup pool in the room, damp, moldy on the door and wall. The next morning, I took a shower, and it took about an hour, and the shower began to turn cold.

My stay this time was great. The small courtyard is built against the mountain, with different heights. It has all stone walls and elm furniture. When I woke up in the mountains in the morning, the air was so fresh. The room was well-equipped and the layout was perfect and elegant. The atmosphere is not lost, the food is also very delicious, authentic farm food, the waiters are very attentive and enthusiastic, but it is not perfect without snow in winter, and the mountains are a bit desolate. I heard that summer is beautiful, I will come again in summer, it is very cost-effective and recommended .

The most worth mentioning is that there are chefs in the hotel. They fried a few home-cooked side dishes. It was so delicious. The children were full of praise. Recommend fried silver dumplings, open back shrimp, fried rooster, the taste is absolutely perfect. In summary, it is very recommended homestay, the surrounding hot springs are convenient, close to the ancient city of Zhangzhou and Longyuan, very convenient.
