酒店整體看着大氣，但服務需要改進，攜程預訂都授權信用卡扣款了，還要堅持收按金，退房時不是立馬驗房退按金，離開等後續驗房後再退按金，房間不隔音，晚上沒睡好，自動窗簾晚上休息關總控卻打開了，房間地毯波浪起伏，還有馬桶看着也磕磣

清明假期去的，這個酒店應該是麟遊最好的，位置出行方便，環境舒適，房間比較寬敞，靠山窗户打開空氣清新安靜，洗漱間也比較寬敞入住體驗很不錯。

房間裏面淋浴是壞的，地毯臟，隔音非常差，房間簡陋，沒有什麼用品提供；服務態度差，早餐到九點半，不到九點什麼東西都沒了 喊服務員給拿個麪包片等到九點半都沒拿來，九點半再問就是我們早餐衹供應到九點半，沒見過這麼差的酒店

交通便利，環境幽靜，門前漆水河橫貫流過，酒店建築大氣，房間設施齊全乾凈衞生，服務專業，中餐廳有一道菜“辣子開會”特別好吃😃，來麟遊的第一選擇，值得推薦！

我們是來自江蘇南京的，第一次來麟遊，感覺很好，特別對怡心谷欣源酒店，印象想非常好。因為我們住的時間比較長，所以對酒店有比較全面的瞭解。首先酒店的硬件設施很新，酒店是2020年剛建的，房間，電梯，地毯，各種設施都比較新，特別是空間比較大，我們住的豪華標準間客房達到37.5平米，比我們以前住的酒店都要大很多，衞生間也很大，做到了徹底的乾濕分離。其次酒店周圍的環境也非常好，有山有水，綠化也非常好。最令人意外的是，這裏居然很少有蚊子，早晚都很涼爽，非常適合度假。另外酒店的早餐也非常棒，品種相對比較豐富，特別是炒菜、涼菜，比較多，能保證充足的營養。另外也有當地的特色血條麪、涼皮等。最後不得不提的是酒店的服務非常棒，咱陝西人給我們留下的印象是淳樸，熱情，酒店的工作人員尤其如此，從酒店領導到前台服務員再到打掃衞生的阿姨都非常熱情，專業規範，反映了酒店良好的管理水平。特別是酒店的嚴經理和辦公室的工作人員幫我們解決了很多實際問題。尤其令人感動的是，辦公室的工作人員還帶來了他們自己家特產的山核桃跟我們分享，很讓人感動。如果説要提點建議的話就是，酒店能配置一些好的健身器材，酒店有非常好的乒乓球桌但沒有活動場地，希望下次能用起來。總之這次的入住感覺非常好，一個小縣城有這麼好的一個酒店，確實是意外的驚喜！

房間衞生很好，設施在麟遊縣是最好的，服務態度很好，早餐比較豐富，有地方特色，但請不要忽略了大眾口味，畢竟客人不是當地人，多數還是外地人，多一些大眾口味，可能更受歡迎。

酒店環境很好，依山傍水，大唐裝修的富麗堂皇，有許多文人畫點綴其中，更增加了酒店人文關懷。房間設定先進合理，早餐也很豐盛。
