The hotel accepts foreigners. The room doesn't have a key or card; you need a password instead. It's likely the same password for every room, as some children entered our room as if it were their own. The rooms are clean. They use bath foam instead of body wash. Breakfast is limited to noodles, boiled eggs, and steamed buns.

I came many times in this hotel, his location near the gate and beside the park is very quiet. No noise, no car. The staff don’t speak English but is really helpful and friendly. Hotel can provide tickets for the attractions at lower price, just ask them. Also they will tell you the best places to visit in the village. Breakfast is only local noddles but I found them delicious. Of course, if you have car, you need to park at the gate of the village and take a shuttle bus. This is mandatory. No tourist cars in the village. Hundred of restaurants in the village, so no problem for this.

Located inside the Zhaoxing village. Facilities are good and room was cleaned daily. The toiletries are basic and I recommend you bring your own.
There were free 2 bottles of water everyday but there is also a water dispenser at the reception. The guy at the reception picked me up from the village gate so it was easy and I did not have to search for the location. He gave me an introduction to the map of the village and showed me where interesting areas are located. The hotel is a short walk to town hospital which is convenient for covid testing and also the bus stop to go to Miao village and railway station. My room has a balcony that faces the lake, very nice view. The reception guy was very helpful, answers all my questions and also helped me purchase local snacks to take back to Shanghai. Not sure if he sleeps because he was always available! Breakfast is Chinese noodles with some purple taro, mantou and egg. It's the same everyday. I had a very relaxed and comfortable stay! Highly recommended!

I stayed here for two nights. I felt that the configuration and service were seriously inconsistent with the price of 500+, and the premium was too much. The following are some points of poor experience:
1. The weather in Zhaoxing was very hot when I checked in, but this homestay did not have an elevator. I had to carry my luggage to the fourth floor by myself, which was hot and tiring.
2. After entering the room, it was obvious that the fire safety equipment was installed later, which was very casual. I was worried for a while whether the equipment was really qualified and usable.
3. The air conditioner was very loud, and the sound insulation in the room was not very good. I could clearly hear the sound in the corridor.
