民宿在袁家村的核心位置，離小吃街回民街和演藝街，停車場都很近，衣食住行都太方便了，房間寬敞明亮，佈置合理，乾淨整潔，尤其是床品非常乾淨舒適，床墊和枕頭都太舒服了，這是民宿人少見的，衞生間乾濕分離，都非常乾淨，洗澡水也很足，洗簌無憂，老闆非常熱情，從入住停車到離開事無鉅細，面面俱到，都總之對這家民宿非常滿意，在節假日期間能訂到這樣一家民宿真是意外驚喜，使我們的度假度過非常愉快的一天！

訂房間時看到房型介紹是35平米就果斷下單了。實際入住時房間裏面除了兩張床，連個椅子也放不下，20平米不到！這種宣傳和實際不一致的情況，怎麼會在評分榜第一名呢！算不算欺客！

我是因為他家價格比較優惠選的，結果沒想到選對了。離停車場特別近，離小吃街也特別近！抬腿就到了的距離，關鍵還很安靜。小院特別舒服，大姐特別熱心，屋裡也乾淨。就是屬於哪兒哪兒都滿意的。我們三間，老闆給升級都放了2樓。在大廳裏吃個飯，這兩天的袁家村呆的太舒服了

很不錯的民宿，房間乾淨挺整潔，院內葡萄大顆大顆惹人駐足，躺在床上看見窗外綠葉很能消除旅途疲勞。出門到美食街方便，逛村方便，店家人好熱情。真心值得推薦。
