Great apartment in the heart of Alfama. Fábio the manager was really helpful and friendly. Comfy bed, nicely furnished, well thought out and really well equipped and maintained.

Good old town location but also very noisy. Lots of restaurants and bars that stay open to 4 am and a big patio area out our bedroom window that partying and drinking goes on. Two level suite. Approximately 65 stairs from check in to suite so if you aren’t reasonably fit it is hard. Lovely cruise ship views from kitchen and one of the bedrooms. Beds were very uncomfortable.

Very comfortable apartment, had everything we needed for our stay. Very central for exploring Alfama and only a few minutes walk from Lisbon city center. Very quiet at night. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Will certainly be back !!

Beyond the location of the apartment, close to everything, its cleanliness, its good soundproofing, the fact that it is bright, we had a special experience with the Lisbon Best Choice Apartments Alfama team. Before the end of our stay, we had to leave our apartment to return to France for a special event. We warned the team and left without asking anything. A few days later, we received an email from Maria from Lisbon Best Choice Apartments Alfama to tell us that she had managed to re-let our apartment and that she had just refunded the remaining days. First time we have come across an establishment with such a level of transparency and honesty. It is absolutely remarkable and this gesture honors them.

We were in the street where the various apartments of best choice were located at number 30 on the 1st floor. This had a very low ceiling so that in many places including the shower you could not stand upright. The location was very good in the old center of Alfama. 10 minutes walk from the metro or train. The mattress was quite hard and there was some noise outside but that is what you get in the center of a big city. Nice that there was a possibility to leave the suitcases for another day after checking out. Fine to stay a few days in Lisbon.

Not very functional apartment. Lack of utensils in the kitchen. Very small and difficulty in recovering access codes. positive note is the proximity to the center and the clean and safe neighborhood. In the surrounding area you can eat in good restaurants although a little expensive
