部屋やホテル自体は非常に綺麗かつモダンで過ごしやすいです。しっかりシャンプー・コンディショナー・ボディーソープが用意してあったり、無料の水やお茶、コーヒーの用意があるなど、コスパも非常に良いです。
しかしサービス面で問題があります。夜中にエアコン周辺からの水漏れが起き、whatsappを通じて連絡しましたが返信まで1時間もかかりました。部屋の交換を申し出てくれましたが、もう深夜だったのでひとまず断りました。が、その後フォローアップの連絡や水漏れ箇所の確認などもなし。なんのサポートもヘルプもありませんでした。
新しいタオルはセルフサービスですが、水漏れを拭くのに使ったので次の日新しいものを取りに行ったら1つしかない、部屋の床には糞がこびりついているなど、部屋がとても綺麗で心地よかった分、サービスや問題が起きた時の対応が非常不快でした。
フロントがないので仕方のないことですが、その分問題が起きたときの対応はしっかりすべきだと思います。このホテルチェーンには二度と泊まりません。

Amazing room, huge, great bathroom and kitchen. Perfect location, 2 minutes walk to Anjos Metro. Had an issue with the AC and the chatbot was no help, agent was supposed to connect in 5-10 mins but waited almost 45. It did get sorted though.

Nice, but temperature in the room was impossible to reduce . It is difficult to talk to any people responsible!!!!!!!!!

We really liked it! Check-in was quick, the hotel is modern, clean and in a good location. We are very satisfied and will definately stay in other numa hotels!

The was a contraction work going on at the hotel and we were informed about it, for hrs we couldn’t stay at the room.
