Generally speaking, it's OK. The shower area is a little bit simple and the room is small, but in a place like Lisbon, it is generally very cost-effective and quite suitable.

The reception was very rude, and finally they wanted to charge me €100 per consumption if I consumed anything, they demanded the document from one of my clients, as this information is private, I was very upset with what happened.

Very welcoming staff, near metro station and several shops nearby, on the other hand very weak air conditioning and a nauseating smell after using the sanitary facilities.

Poor service, not tipical for Lisboa. The reception is disgusting and unfriendly.. I do not advise anyone, there are many beautiful places nearby. No wonder the rating on Google is 3.5! The location is on a good street, but these are all advantages.

Hotel is clean and quiet but smallish rooms with pretty much space for only one suitcase. Breakfast is well attended, food is good, and staff very friendly and accommodating. Front desk staff were not very knowledgeable about tourist information. Maps provided were for hop on hop off buses so small and hard to read.

If you are planning to work from here, find another place. The internet does not work no matter the room. They even changed my room, but right when I needed to start a business call I could not access it. Air conditioning does not work, which might be terrible for the summer in Lisbon. Thank God temperatures were still mild during the night, in June. The walls were a bit worn out, the sink was clogged and the towels, though very clean and dry, had a strange smell (like they had been packed for ages). The remote control did not work. The staff is cute and friendly and do their best to help, but are obviously trying to manage the chaos. The bed is also very good.
