It was okay. Receptionist was very kind. Room could have been a little cleaner and there should have been more equipment in the hotel room, such as slippers, hair care cream, ear cotton, water etc. One more thing is toilet was very small. I couldnt move easily.

The hotel is in good location and near to Pink street, pinice jg. Castle, Commerce square, saintra street and mcdonald's. I like my stay. I also reffer my friends about this hotel.

Location and breakfast were good. The staff were very nice. Although the lifter did not work, the staff helped to take the luggage to the room (on the 4th floor).
But the flow of water was small and the water was not hot enough for shower.

The location is good because it is in the city center.
The building and the room are old,
and the water in the shower did not drain, so I could not shower.
