1，新啟用的酒店，乾淨整潔。
2，坐落在優雅安靜的居民區。附近有美術館，大學，本地人市場。
3，地鐵，公交出門可及，去各景點方便迅捷。溜達至海邊，基本是下坡路，50min左右。距離機場15min車程，完全不用考慮堵車風險。
4， 服務貼心，入住前後溝通順暢。
5， 早餐豐盛，每日有變化。

非常的差，態度還很惡劣！！！
1、酒店連熱水都沒有，酒店2個前台不專業的來修了3個小時，從晚上9點修到晚上12點！終於燙開水和冷水交換了來了，把我整個人洗感冒了！ 半夜12:30還問我要不要起來搬東西換房間？！！
2、床頭下還是上一個客人用過的東西
3、衣櫃裏全是黴菌
4、整個房間黴味不開門就完全無法呼吸
5、空調是壞的不運作
6、定了4晚，住了1晚實在是住不下去，還不退款！！！
有始以來住過體驗感最差的酒店，衹是拍照看起來好看而已！

Hotel in a historic building with good public transport connections. Super friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Highly recommended. A building next door is currently being renovated, so there was some construction noise at times, but it wasn't disturbing.

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful spot in Lisbon! Everything was exactly as described—and even better in person. The location was perfect for exploring the city, close to restaurants, shops, and public transportation.
The space was clean, stylish, and felt like home from the moment I arrived. The host/team was incredibly helpful and responsive, making check-in and any questions super easy. I especially appreciated the little touches—like local tips, comfy linens, and thoughtful amenities.
I’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Lisbon, and would love to stay here again. Obrigada for the amazing experience! 🇵🇹✨

Great hotel
Stayed for 3 nights. Staff were friendly, helping find attractions. The room was lovely, clean and had great amenities. Not the closest to the attractions in the city but a 3 minute walk from the metro. Breakfast had a good selection and was tasty and well done.
