No elevator, you can't sleep - so much noise from the road and from the underground metro (you can feel it, the room is shaking), small dark room (you can't open the windows due to the noise), blanket looks aweful, not so kind woman on the reception, I got lucky it was for one night only.

The hotel is neat, close to the subway and a grocery store. The internet worked great. Staff, polite, helpful. There was a storage room. We lived on the top floor, so we had to climb a lot of stairs. There was no elevator.

Attention! Puces de lit. Beware: bed bugs. Tout est d’apparence très propre. Malheureusement, le lendemain de notre arrivée, des piqûres de puces de lit sont apparues sur mon corps, et de nouvelles piqûres sont apparues durant les 4 jours que je suis resté là-bas. Selon moi, elles étaient dans les draps, car les matelas ne semblaient pas infestés, à vu d’œil. Notre chambre était située au 3e étage. Sinon, les chambres sont très petites (2 lits jumeaux sont collés ensemble comme un lit queen). Il n’y a de places que pour les lits, tables de lits, armoire, petit bureau et salle de bain. Personnel souriant.

Posizione ottimale, l'hotel si trova a pochi minuti a piedi dalla metro Anjos. Camera essenziale e pulita con cambio asciugamano giornaliero. Alla reception troverete una ragazza molto gentile che sa parlare discretamente l'italiano, la seconda signora invece non è il massimo della gentilezza. Si ha la possibilità di acquistare acqua, snack e bibite grazie ad una macchinetta situata al piano terra. Consiglio per la colazione la caffetteria Docel, raggiungibile a piedi. Considerando che in hotel si passa poco tempo, lo consiglio sia per rapporto qualità/prezzo sia per la vicinanza a diversi punti turistici della città.

Struttura accogliente, decentrata, ma vicina alla fermata della metro, personale sempre presente h24. Camera piccina, bagno con bidet e qualche prodotto omaggio, arredi essenziali perfettamente pulita quotidianamente. Unica nota negativa la rumorosità della strada che non ci ha permesso di dormire molto, probabilmente le camere con affaccio più interno migliori. Rapporto qualità prezzo buono.

En relación calidad/precio es una muy buena opción. Lo más destacable es la amabilidad de los chicos de recepción, siempre dispuestos a ayudarte en todo lo posible y ofrecerte lo mejor para que tu estancia sea excelente. Las habitaciones están muy limpias y cambian las sábanas y toallas todos los días. La distancia a todos los lugares turísticos es muy buena y no se tarda mucho en el transporte público. El único inconveniente que le pondría es el ruido del metro que se escucha en la habitación cuando pasa pero con unos tapones ni te enteras. Tampoco disponen de ascensor, son tres pisos dependiendo de tu habitación. ¡Volveríamos sin dudarlo!

Ho pernottato in questa struttura per 5 notti con due amiche.Un posto tranquillo e pulito,vicino alla metro.Personale sorridente e simpatico.Per mangiare a cena consiglio Tasca do Mercado(fermata metro linea verde Arroios) e per colazione Dolcel (fermata metro linea verde Anjos).

I servizi sono pochi, no ascensore, no colazione, no frigo, no bollitore=93 euro al giorno. Per Lisbona non è un buom rapporto qualità /prezzo. L'hotel è economico, molto pulito, arredamento basico. La posizione vicino alla fermata della metro Anjos. Ben collegato con il centro, l'aeroporto
