I tried to stay here June 12 2024 prior to flying out the next day. No on e answered the phone to come let me in. I called from the premises, the Olivais police station, police station at the airport, and with the help of some other people. No response. Do not pay in advance for this property. Don't stay here. I slept in the airport to catch a morning flight. Out 75.00. Lucky I could walk to the airport, I'm 73, they kept my money. Al. J

Only one power outlet worked in the bedroom so it was either charge the phone or plug in the radiator- it was freezing. No spare blankets. Froze throughout the night and kept waking up because of this. The only blanket was thin. The shower… walked into the tiny shower room - floor mat was soaking, hair in the shower basin. No soap. Kitchen, no milk. Generally dusty, dirty. Front door hadn’t been cleaned- stained / finger marks.

We chose this accommodation because it is close to the airport and our flight left early in the morning. The bathroom was in poor conditions, the bedroom was noisy and not very clean. We were offered a shuttle for which we paid 10€ in advance, but it never came. Now, when we try to call, no one answers the phone!

Booking dovrebbe togliere a questa signora la possibilità di affittare quelle camere se così si possono chiamare. Siamo arrivate in mezzo al nulla, nessuna insegna, non c'era in giro un'anima cui chiedere, eppure erano le 10 del mattino. Quando abbiamo trovato questo posto siamo scappate, sporco, con lenzuola già usate, bagno sporco, la ragazza che ci ha accolte non parlava e non capiva inglese. Uscite da quel posto la cosa assurda booking mi ha chiesto delle foto per poter bloccare il pagamento. Fatto. Un'altra ora per far arrivare un taxi. EVITATE ASSOLUTAMENTE DI PRENOTARE QUESTA Struttura. Terribile.

Nous avons réservé sur *********** suite à un retard d'avion. Le propriétaire s'est empressé de nous réclamer 20€ pour une arrivée tardive en + du prix payé sur ***********. arrivée en taxi à minuit, personne ne répond ni à la sonnette ni au téléphone. Nous sommes retourné à l'aéroport. Depuis j'essaie de contacter l'établissement pour avoir 1 facture de la nuitée que nous n'avons pas consommé, personne ne répond

Eu tentei de todas as formas contato, ninguém atendeu campainha (quando encontrei o endereço) nem telefone. Informam que tem transfer do aeroporto para o hostel, mas não me responderam quando solicitei. Nem o taxista sabia chegar, paguei caríssimo o taxi pela volta pois precisei voltar e dormir no chão do aeroporto. E ainda ficaram com meu pagamento.
