I was on a cruise prior going to Lisbon. I tried to cancel this hotel three days before our arrival. The ship had a very poor internet connection and I wasn’t able to send the cancellation sooner. As soon as we reached land I found a place that had a good internet connection and I sent the cancellation notice. I was told the cancellation could not be done because their policy must be done 5 days or less from the arrival date. We went to the hotel and it was disgusting. There was a mattress in the hallway, we had to walk up one flight of stairs to get to the part time receptionist and when we went to the room it had two single beds that must have been there since the 19 hundreds. It was so small we had to walk sideways to get around. We realized that this was not a place we could stay in. I tried once again to ask for a refund. When my request was denied we left to go to a different hotel. Your photos and description do not represent the actual hotel. We found this very misleading and will never use or recommend your company to book a hotel. Shame on you for listing this hotel as a choice. We wouldn’t send oUr worst enemy there. Please remove my contact information from your database. I don’t want any emails sent to me by your company. I lost over $500 because you misrepresented this property.

Arrived for my stay with no one to let me in building. No one answered the phone. Next day received an email with the codes to the front door and the information that the reception is open for a few hours in the afternoon. I was expecting an email to the email address I had given at time of booking with this information beforehand. Had to find other hotel to stay the night.

Perfect hotel in Lisbon with an unbeatable quality-price ratio. It is an apartment type without a typical hotel entrance but with spectacular customer service. Good location for visiting the city, spacious, comfortable and very new room with air conditioning, a simple but quality breakfast included in the price. A common kitchen area in case you find it necessary, which gives you the opportunity to prepare a dinner like at home. And something very important is the attention of the responsible, charming person, helping you enjoy your stay, who gives you special loving treatment, full of a lot of kindness. Good value for money for those who need to be in this location. Very old building, the facade looks bad, but inside it is renovated and very cute. Everything working. Good bed and bathroom. Breakfast starts very late (09:00) but it is simple and well done! The best of all was the reception from Wess and the employees Kevelyn and Cacau (the three Brazilians). They responded to everything I needed very quickly and beyond what I expected! As for the pipe noise, it really happens. Very pretty but zero cleanliness. When I got to the room and opened the bed, I started to notice a lot of hair on the sheets and, what am I surprised when I start to see small animals on the sheets too. We wanted to leave immediately, but it was after midnight so, as there is no reception, after repeatedly calling the existing contact, they gave us another room, apologizing and saying that it must have been a mistake on the part of the cleaning team. However, the other room was in the same condition - the bed was clean, but the curtains were all yellow, full of stains, the bathroom had a strong smell and the lack of cleaning was evident. We had to sleep on top of our own nightgown, such was the disgusting situation.

Molto deludente. Dalle foto sembrava un bel hotel, invece è meglio starci alla larga. La camera è ok, carino avere a disposizione la macchinetta del caffè in stanza, ma non viene sistemata ogni giorno. Bagno minuscolo. Avevo chiesto due letti singoli e cosa trovo? Un letto matrimoniale. Chiedo di modificare il letto, la risposta è stata che era tardi (arrivo in albergo alle 16.00) e che verrà fatto la mattina successiva. Ciò non accadrà neanche la mattina successiva. La cucina e la zona colazione è attaccata alle camere con le cameriere che nonostante la vicinanza con le camere fanno rumore, parlano tra loro ad alta voce e addirittura cantano. Un mattina esco dalla camera chiedendo di far silenzio vista l'ora, ma hanno continuato come se nulla fosse! Colazione pessima con brioches confezionate, 4 banane marce e scarsa scelta e ovviamente tutti i giorni le stesse cose. Prenotate altrove.
